Clear directions were given to me by the downstairs desk attendant. The imaging office was clean and peaceful. The front assistants gave clear directions and we're very kind. The assistant who took me back was gentle & kind. The technician was very knowledgeable & clear wth position directions and also very kind!

I was extremely nervous about my biopsy today. But, nurse Tina and Dr Maya helped put me at ease. They were compassionate and understanding. They made me feel like I was the only patient. Also, Cynthia talked me through how to focus so the experience could be a little less traumatic then I thought it would be. If there were a way to give more stars, I would. I am a very difficult patient and they were amazing.

The check in process was efficient and fast. The team at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. They were always available if I had a question. I loved using the app/questionnaire. Tina Tran was my radiologist. She is simply phenomenal.

I had my fist appointment at the breast center and the place was beautiful. It was so clean and colorful and the staff were very courteous especially the staff member that did my mammogram. She explained how the machine works and told me that she wanted me to let her know when the pain was tolerable so she can stop the machine. I felt less nervous and stressed

The ladies at the front desk so very polite and inviting. I felt very comfortable and confident. The paper work paper was thoroughly explained and the iPads questions were direct and very Easy to read. The changing room was clean and the instructions on how to secure your personal things were clearly explained. It was just a few minutes before I was taking into the testing area. The technician was very gentle, kind and patient. I did not feel any noticeable pressure or discomfort. The procedure was quick and efficient. This is best experience so far and I’m looking for more. Importantly, whole experience was less than 30 minutes..Thank You!

I had the best experience with memorial are breast center. Everyone here from the front office , the appointment rep to the mammogram tech and the radiologist .all were so nice and helpful. They all helped relieved the angst that was built up from the possibility of a breast cancer diagnosis. I am sure my feelings are not alone .every women who had to go the excruciating experience of facing the prospect of having breast cancer could use the support and empathy from the people who are taking care of them. I am forever grateful for the care that I was given here at this clinic. The place is calm and beautiful and clean. Everyone is super nice. This place deserves nothing but high praise.

First time having my mammogram at this place, and they really treated me very well, and made me feel confident, I definitely recommend it 👏🏼.

My bone density test was performed in a modern building called the Todd Cancer institute at Memorial Hospital. Once inside, you are greeted by a staff member & asked to fill out information in the lobby, a very comfortable setting. The wait time was short before a technician comes to walk you to the exam table. The X-ray process was quiet & smooth -- and much shorter than I expected. My walk back to the car was only steps away from the exit in the Pay parking lot -- well worth the $6.

It was pleasant, and the weight went too long. The employees was with mine, one mindful and polite. Just one thing they need to get new way to do this mammograms because that machine hurts.

I have been in other locations and this is one of my least too recommend. I have never left with so much pain in my breasts ever before, and i have done this every year for the past 15 years. The lady that did my mammogram was not gentle at all!! The reception stás was nice but not too the expectations i had. I think i will keep going to the other locations but this. The ambience is ok, clean and everything but i prefer nice treatment rather than a nice pretty place. Definitely not going back here next year. I do not recommend the long beach location.

Very kind and friendly, first time visit here and it was very pleasant. These visits can be stressful, but the staff was compassionate, courteous and quick! I was in and out in about 40 minutes! I sat in the lobby about 5 minutes after I completed sign in, the waiting room about 5 minutes after I got my locker and changed and the exam itself was maybe 15 minutes. Results were available the next morning! Best news is since they use 3D, I didn’t have to go back for the ultrasound I’ve had to do for the last 10’years! Highly recommend!

From the moment you check in everything is well organized and explained to you by a friendly, professional staff member. I was escorted to the room where the bone density test was done by a very competent employee. The rooms are clean and the whole area gives a good impression to visitors.

MemorialCare Breast Center at Long Beach Memorial is very clean, quiet, and a safe place to turn to for your annual screening. All staff, from the parking lot to the technicians, are attentive, descrete and very professional caring people. I highly recommend this facility.

Beautiful facility to have a breast exam, mammogram, and ultra sound. The technician was very professional and compassionate. She explained every step of the process and even told me what to expect in terms of discomfort. The waiting/changing room is peaceful and clean, it almost feels like being in a spa. In order to have my appointment I had to wait more than a month but it was well worth it!

Love this place! From the minute I walked in, the staff that gave directions greeted me quickly and advised me where to go. The check-in reception desk greeted me quickly and guided me on forms I needed to fill out. Everyone was professional and on point. Love the soft, mellow music too!

The nurse, I think her name is Nancy, has been there over 20 years and is fantastic. She has done my mammogram before, and because of her experience she makes it completely painless. I have also had the same radiologist, (Dr. Z?) do my sonogram before and she is also excellent! This team is beyond 5 stars, and I recommend Memorial to any friend who needs a mammogram. I have been going to this center for over 10 years. The staff and technicians are fabulous. They are all courteous, pleasant, and generate an otherwise stressful event into a more relaxed and calming time. Check in is simple. I highly recommend this center.

I had an excellent experience at MemorialCare Breast Center. They were efficient and timely The technician was so friendly and thorough in explaining and assisting during the imaging process. Upon leaving the facility, I noticed the multitude of paper cranes hanging in the lobby... absolutely beautiful!

Excellent facility. I have been coming here for a number of years and the staff is consistently kind and efficient. Ms. Tran was my technician the last time I got a mammogram at this facility and she was very gentle and kind during what is for all of us a very uncomfortable process, patiently answering all of my questions. I highly recommend!

Easy check in with information desk. Organized, informative check in at Breast Center. Clean, comfortable changing area. Imaging specialists explained process and concerned about comfort of patient. Kept repeating that process should not be painful and to let her know if I feel pain. Radiologist Sie was thorough and listened to me. Although area was difficult to locate, she did not tell me, "It's all in my head." I received kind, compassion care at MC Breast Center. ✨️ 💕
