Came to buy a 2017 limited red tundra 4x4. The dealership is near the highway and kinda hidden near home depot. Gabe did a great job with the buying process but the finance manager (two desk away from Robert Resendez desk) was being quite impolite and unprofessional. He kept rushing our finances and paperwork like he was getting off work. Overall was a great buy, but the finance department needs improvement. Covid standard like masks was not enforced but they did have plenty of hand sanitizer that was available to the public.

My wife and I bought our dream truck on the last day of the year 2021. A 2022 Toyota Tundra TRD 4 X 4 in the Lunar Rock color. Now we're taking almost daily drives in it.mostly local right now. My wife and dog Brody both love it. My wife has Alzheimers and daily car rides keeps her happy, only now we can get a little off road and see some different things. Toyota of Redlands was very helpful in making this happen and we sure appreciate it. The checkout was smooth and the kind man handling all the paperwork recommended some good things to add on which we did, the Cilajet took that color to whole new level and a really good investment. This will be our dealership for years to come.

For the most part. I love Toyota of Redlands for service of my vehicle. I took it for a repaint because there was a recall. I understood that they would not be repainting parts that were damaged. After getting my car back after two weeks it looked pretty decent. But the hood was not touched and there are still little chips of paint allover the place. I am trying to get an explanation for this but it is really hard to get a hold of the person handling my case. Hope this is resolved soon.

Getting my Tacoma serviced at Toyota of Redlands is always a smooth and pleasant experience. My wife and I have been looking for a new 2022 Toyota Siena hybrid for a couple months. We tried to find one in our city but just couldn’t find it. I had given up on the buying process and my wife said I’m gonna call Toyota of Redlands. It was really our last shot effort. She ended up talking to Oscar and with an hour we had a deposit on a brand-new Toyota Sienna. We had to wait for the vehicle to be delivered but that was fine. Oscar kept and communication with my wife during the whole process. We went out yesterday and picked the minivan and I can’t be more happy with the cha we had a great experience with all the staff there. They were super friendly and caring to us. I would come back here and buy another vehicle.

I brought my vehicle in and there was so much missed maintenance. Tanner helped me and was very patient with me as I am not great with vehicles. It was very hot outside and while my daughter and mom were waiting for me Lori have my daughter snacks and even went the extra mile by getting her ice for her water. Service was alright, been to better dealers where sellers actually want to sell you or help you with a vehicle. A 2.5 out of 5 stars honestly. Been to other Toyota dealers where service has been 5/5 so I had high’s expectations when visiting this dealership for the first time , maybe the seller who I got wasn’t much help or knowledgeable.

So I have taken my car over twice now since I bought it. First one for applying cilajet to it since I bought that with car, then the second time for its first oil change and tire rotation. Mario was my service advisor I met in the front and he was super nice and great personality. Enjoyed talking to him and he helped me understand their process and what came with my car since I had just bought it a few months ago. The service itself was very fast only took a few hours but for a dealership that’s relatively fast since they do everything there, and especially right after this holiday. Overall experience was good.

I’ve been waiting 2 years to get a Highlander Hybrid for the right price. I received an email from Toyota of Redlands on Friday, June 30. I saw a highlander hybrid on the ad so I called right away. The girl that answered had Brandon, from fleet call me. He gave me some numbers but I didn’t feel comfortable with those payments. I wasn’t going to come in but Oscar called me the next afternoon. We worked out some numbers that I was somewhat okay with. So at 530 pm, I drove to the dealership. I met with Oscar, we took a test drive and I liked the car so we went inside to run through some numbers. After some negotiation, we got to a monthly price I was okay with. So we sealed the deal. I feel like the price was right and what they gave me for my trade was fair. I sent some friends over there to look at cars.

In all my experiences in buying a car I have never had the type of experience we did today. Nick was sensitive and was interested in my needs more then just wanting to make a sale.
