If I could only give 0 stars this place is shady. I purchased a refrigerator and a bed set. It was just delivered the people doing the delivery scratched and broke the bed set. The refrigerator doesn't even work they said i had 7 days to report any issues to them mind you the stuff was just delivered a week ago and they are giving me the round around now.. stay away from this place! Jose the manager said I needed to call the fridge company for them to come fix it I didn’t purchase it from them. When i asked her name she refused to give me and when I confronted the manager about not giving her name she said they are not required🤦🏻‍♂️. Clearly the manager does not know how to do her job, when customers ask for names they are required to give. It’s clear these people need more training.

I only went to this store because my fridge broke down and I needed to replace it asap. I went there. Choose the fridge I wanted. I even told the guy the model and the size. I ask for insurance this was around 3pm. I made sure the store clerk had gotten what I asked him for and the insurance. Around 8pm I get a call from the same guy telling me the insurance never went through that I needed to go back in to the store. I tell the guy I live at the other side of town there is no way I will make it there before the store closes. He tells me fine just come before the end of the month. Time skip. 2 days later a Monday, I am called told my fridge has arrived. The movers bring in this monstrous fridge it does not even fit in the kitchen. I tell the guy hold up. This is not the fridge I chose. I showed him the pictures he tells me call the store. They leave the fridge and I call the store, the supervisor tells me "the other model was sold out, we sent you the best next choice." I go to the store the next day I speak to a representative of the store and tell them first I did not get the insurance I was promised. Second I got a completely different model of the fridge and he tells me "there is nothing we can do about it. The insurance is supposed to be purchased the same day before you leave the store." I have never trusted this store for their scams and schemes. Beware of this store.

Went in today looking for a mattress with my sister and we were bouncing between choices a bit. The first time Fernando Zuniga walked by us he was quick to ask if we had any questions. We answered that we hadn’t decided yet and he told us he would be happy to help once we were ready and left to let us continue looking around. Finally tied between two options, we called him over. He was super patient with all of our questions and was happy to point out items we could possibly need (bed frame) and kept the same energy when we asked what the cheaper options were. After finding the perfect mattress, he rang us up and thoroughly explained our payment and insurance options. We left the store extremely satisfied and happy! I really like shopping at Curacao; the customer service is excellent (thank you Luis in electronics, you're the best!) there is a good mix of the things that people need. Kitchen items and appliances (pots and pans, dishes, toasters, microwave ovens, coffee makers etc.), and major appliances (washer/dryers, refrigerators, stoves/ovens)? Check and check. Electronics, televisions, phones, and computers? Oh yeah. Children's toys and bicycles? Lots and lots. Perfumes and men's fragrances? Oh, my goodness, yes! Designer handbags, sunglasses and eyeglasses? Step right up. Curacao has a small makeup counter; not too many name brands though. There a fine jewelry department, and there is even a jewelry repair guy on duty Monday-Friday. I really love the idea that I can drop off a piece of jewelry for repairs and pick it up on my way out! Outdoor furniture and barbecues? Yes indeed. And lastly, a huge furniture department on the bottom floor, with bedroom sets and mattresses, and lots of living room furniture, sofas and recliners. I would have given Curacao 5 stars, but I would prefer to see more name brands in the kitchen items, and a bigger selection of bedroom sets, and a better selection of upholstery for the living room furniture. That is getting a little better though; for a while it was mostly brown, gray, and a denim blue color for the sofas and recliners. For a while there was an orange mid century sofa, that, while not the color for me, was pretty cool. But after waiting patiently, I have finally found the sofa of my dreams and will be ordering it soon! And as an extra special bonus, on the weekends, the El Gato Night Market is in the parking lot, so, after shopping, one can wander through the food stalls for something yummy to eat. All in all, for me, a weekend trip to Curacao is a fun shopping experience. Check it out, and see if you agree!
