Chris provided literally the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at any store. After a series of questions, my roommate and I were recommended a couple of mattresses, and they were all perfect fits that didn’t break the bank. 10/10 experience. Also, Chris just overall seems like a really cool person in general.

Stephanie immediately helped us find just what we needed, without upselling or downplaying features. We knew what we were looking for, our communication was received and we completed the whole transaction easily within 30 minutes. Stephanie was also very kindly accommodating of our kids, encouraging them to play while we finalized the sale. So many options to choose from. I was able to test out any mattress type I could even imagine and then some. I ended up going with the purple mattress and it has helped me achieve a full nights rest more so than I expected. I wake up with 0 back pain. The employees at this location are super helpful. Cris helped me find my perfect match and did his best to ensure that I had the best deal. Very knowledgeable employee!!

Great customer services. They didn’t have the pillow I wanted but the sales person (forgot his name) was able to find an alternative brand based on what I need. He didn’t just let me go out of the door empty handed. He took time to search for the right pillow based on the requirements that I told him. (Lake Ave., 1/11/23 around 6pm)

I always dread going to mattress shopping where, at times, the merchandise looks "not fresh" and the salespeople do not leave you alone. This was SUCH a different experience. Very clean. Staff lets you look until you need them. Then they know A LOT about mattresses. Shout out to salesperson Jenny who was not wrong when she described the sale staff as "mattress nerds." Excellent all around.

If I could give 10 stars I would. It was hands down the best shopping experience I ever had. They made sure I left with everything I needed at a price I could afford. I honestly can't thank them enough for the time they took to listen to my wants and concerns. I had many. I went to Mattress Firm because I needed an inexpensive mattress and they had several in my price range. Cris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This place--and Cris--definitely believes in customer service! She gave me a number of tips that will help me extend the life of the mattress and save me money. When I decided on a mattress that was less expensive than the last one she had me lie on, there was no pressure to buy a better mattress. I can--and will--enthusiastically recommend Mattress Firm to others who may need a new mattress.

Entering the store, we felt no pressure or discomfort. We wandered around until a representative we later found was Travis! Approached. Can’t say enough about his professionalism, friendly, yet very knowledgeable about the products. We tried several beds, he kindly explained the difference in each one and made suggestions, asking about our preferences. In the end, he found us a deal we just could not refuse. As we await the delivery of our wonderful bed, we are most grateful to Travis, the great, and the wise company that employs him. First time I walked in, Robert helped me with narrowing down the options according to my needs and budget. Today, Jake helped my husband and I decide on the best mattress & the base that matched our needs. He was very detail oriented and personable. He searched the open box ones to give us the best deal. We had a pretty bad experience at a different mattress store earlier so it was a breath of fresh air to have a helpful and pleasant experience. Both Jake and Robert were knowledgeable and patient.

My wife and I went in not knowing what to expect or what we were looking for only certain of one thing - we had never properly shopped for a mattress and our current is not good. JAKE was absolutely incredible at not only walking us through everything but insightful and easy to connect with. I checked prices at Sit n' Sleep and Mattress Store Pasadena, which are right across the street from Mattress Firm, and Mattress Firm by far had the best deals with better quality mattress options. Friendly faces immediately greeted me as I entered the store. Ernesto (the sales associate who helped me) was very patient in letting me test multiple mattresses and ultimately helped me choose a bed that was the right fit for me. My family has bought mattresses from Mattress Firm in the past, and they always prove to be reliable. If you want service that treats its customers like family, Mattress Firm is the place for you!

I went in without the expectation to buy, and was fortunate that I met and worked with Ana. She is incredibly informed and helped me find the best fit for my needs — beyond what I’ve experienced from any other mattress store. I also appreciated her willingness to search for items not just to support my optimal sleep, but also conscious of and within my budget. Just bought a Beautyrest from Yecenia and let me tell you, top notch experience from the moment we walked in. She was extremely polite, helpful, and efficient. She knew exactly what kind of mattress would work for us with only a few questions about our sleep style and the beds we sampled were right on the money. The bed was bought on 1/15 at around 4pm or so, and I received it at 2:30pm today, 1/16, fully set up and ready to sleep in. Super fast and efficient process from financing to delivery. Please come here if you want no pressure sales and genuinely nice and friendly folks. We cracked jokes and generally had a great time throughout the process. I felt like taking a job application. Quality people.

From the Manager Zach to reps Ray, Jason (Burbank), & Matthew, everyone was super helpful and friendly! The process was very quick and simple. Buying a new bed can be a dread, but Yecenia changed that. She was helpful from the start and assisted us with picking the best option for our needs. She was patient and showed us different mattresses and reasons on why that specific Mattress would be best. We walked out of the Mattress Firm confident that we had made the choice. Update had to cancel the order, arrived in a new state and they dropped the ball, Ryan was no help, and manager was busy in meetings and never bothered to call. Corporate never called either. Go to Ashley Furniture, they were glad to take the business away from these 2nd rate sales people.

This has been one of the very best shopping experiences I’ve had. I went to Mattress Firm in Alhambra, CA and was helped by Leslie and Ray. I purchased a base and mattress. In less than 24 hours the items were delivered and set up. My old stuff hauled away. They were very precise in their time window so it wasn’t inconvenient the way delivery windows usually are. I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone in terms of products and services. Great job! BTW I also needed brackets the next day to attach headboard and purchased these at Pasadena Mattress Firm. Their help made the purchase easy and confirms this is a chain of stores with excellent sales personnel.

My roommate and I bought mattresses at the Pasadena Mattress Firm location and were absolutely floored by how excellent the service was. First, we spoke to Ana on the phone, who told all her other coworkers what time we would arrive and what mattresses we were looking for, and then we spoke to Matthew both on the phone and in-store. He was extremely kind, personable, helpful, and caring. The kind of service that we received here is the type of thing that makes the rest of life a little easier. We felt so taken care of and truly cared about, as if we were not customers but friends that these people would have wanted the best for.

I had such a great first experience buying a mattress from here. Victor was very knowledgeable and really took the time to figure out what kind of mattress I wanted. He made the process super easy for me and I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend. His manager was also very nice and helpful as well.

This was my first time buying a mattress in person, and Peter was instrumental in helping guide me to the best sleep I’ve had in years. Sad to say, but I used to just buy mattresses on Amazon and never thought too deeply. Little did I know that the most recent one I purchased contained fiberglass which is a major health hazard. Peter was extremely patient and friendly in helping walking me through the options, and ultimately choosing a great memory foam mattress without pressuring me at all. Highly recommend!
