👍👍 My childhood nightmare that became one of my all time slasher favorite obsession. Haha! I Never knew how close this iconic house was so close to me and why I have never tried to Google the location. I think on Halloween night it would be a blast to visit this little nugget in Pasadena and with a add... People often mention house, Halloween, movie, cool, time, visit, Michael, Myers, door,

My childhood nightmare that became one of my all time slasher favorite obsession. Haha! I Never knew how close this iconic house was so close to me and why I have never tried to Google the location. I think on Halloween night it would be a blast to visit this little nugget in Pasadena and with a added bonus Every now and than you can see Michael lurking and watching out the window.. Plus the house next door has the history of the house plus they also decorate their house with Halloween history and they even have backyard screenings of the movie. Michael Myers fans it's a must to at least visit the house that started it all... The pics posted are the house next door..

How awesome is that this exists?! So apparently this house was relocated and moved here to preserve it rather than demolish it. Really cool location in South Pasadena. It’s directly in front of train tracks. We saw the train run by several times. It’s right next to a busy, bustling street with lots of restaurants and shops. The area had a good vibe! Must see for Halloween fans!

Taking a tour around the “Halloween” streets to see Micheal Meyer’s House and surrounding areas! Fun walk around the streets to see where the scenes from the movie were shot! Fun for all and when we were walking to the different locations around the block two neighbors recognized we were looking for places and they were helpful and had no problems with us on their property! There is a cool store behind the MM house called Sugar Mynt that you should definitely check out!

Very interesting place but I'm just a delivery driver making a delivery. I wish I had more time to spend there

I love the first Halloween movie. Going to take pictures with the actual Myers house was freaking awesome. A memory that will last forever.

This is my absolute favorite horror movie of all time. John Carpenters Halloween. This house is so iconic and memorable. I've watched this movie so many times and have seen this house in that movie, It was so surreal to actually be at the Myers House.

Great place to visit especially if you love the movies! There is no parking though really. And it would be cool to do tours inside the house or at least be able to look through the windows and door like when I first visited this house 5 years ago. Cute little store behind the house but did not go in because they are charging $20 in enter the store.

Although you can only see it from the outside, it is a must stop for any John Carpenter, "Halloween" and horror fan!

Stopped by one evening to check the place out, was delighted to be welcomed by the creepy Halloween dude lurking in the shadows atop a tree branch, just outside our periphery. There was a guy named Eddie who claimed to live next door, he started taking pictures of us as we were viewing the property from the street, which was a little weird, but then he chatted us up for like 10 minutes and invited us into his home. We unfortunately had to decline but promised to visit again - Eddie tells us that the Michael Myers house is open as a B&B from time to time.

The house is plain and unassuming in the middle of a place you would never guess. Unfortunately, there's no real signage or directions. You can't go in the house, you can only stand on the porch. The only decorations during Halloween were two small pumpkins on the stairs. It's my understanding that it's a business now, which is fine, but you would think that given how famous it is they would make some effort to do something just for Halloween when people are attracted to it but there was nothing. There is a small gallery behind it with memorabilia, but they charge at $20 to $25 to get in just to look at stuff. Definitely not worth it.

The Myers house from John carpenter's 1978 classic film Halloween! Unfortunately no tours of the inside of the house are available, its still a treat to view the house in person and get a picture. I wish this house was an Air B&B The place is currently a realtor office so please be mindful when visiting during business hours

Excellent site to see if you’re a Horror Fan! A buddy of mine I was visiting took me here as a surprise and what a surprise it was! We stayed outside and took pictures. I think it’s a chiropractors office now. Got to meet some pretty cool people outside too. Would definitely recommend a visit.

A fun photo-op for fans of Halloween. You can’t go inside the building as it’s private. There’s a nice parking garage across the street and a paid Halloween art gallery next door. There’s also several locations from the films that were shot around the area.

Anyone that is a fan of the original John Carpenter "Halloween" films will appreciate this spot. It is not located on the original location where the movie was filmed, but you can tell this is the real house they filmed in.

This was a dope spot to visit around Halloween. I had no idea it was located here. It was packed considering I came with a big group of people on bikes. Plus there were already people there. Cool spot though to snap some pictures.

No entry!! It was cool to see, but going inside would complete the mission. There is empty space inside from what I noticed, the law office and whatever else rents here should find somewhere else to rent, and this should become a walkthrough museum for Halloween fans.

I only learned that the house was about 10 minutes from where we were watching Halloween H2O the night before I was leaving town. I was so excited to see the house and then I had my hoodie from Rob zombies Halloween to wear. The museum was really cool too and I hope to one day come back for actual Halloween and experience the whole celebration that the awesome tour guide told us about.

Cool to see. I would like it more if it were a horror movie museum to the like. I believe it's just a business, so I respected their wishes to not bother or go inside.

It's a cool film location to check out if you're a fan of the movie Halloween or a lover of all things horror. The surrounding shops are also very retro, and a def must check out when you come down to Pasadena.
