My son I are very happy to be back at Casa Moreno. We lived here before and our experience of maintenance meets our expectations compare to the other apartments we used to live at. Miguel repairs everything right away. Our manager is always available when you need here. She helps you just about with anything. She is very attentive to the residents. Very happy to be back. This is my home.

I love my apartment. Our maintenance Miguel repairs anything that needs to be repaired in my unit. Our manager Jessica is very helpful. I can always count on her. Our apartments are well kept. Friendly neighbors. I am happy here at Casa Moreno.

The apartments are very clean. The pools are clean. The laundry rooms are clean. It’s very friendly at the apartments. It’s quiet. Our manager Jesica does an event for Easter. On Halloween we had contest. It’s a friendly community. Our manager has candy, cookies and water in the office. The maintenance is very nice. He does his job very well. He makes sure nothing is missing and that everything is good in the apartments. When you need him for a toilet repair he’s always there or if your garage is not working he gets it fix right away.

I have lived here for over 8 years and have called Casa Moreno Apartments home from the moment me and my two kids moved in. Jessica, the property mgr has been like family to us. She's always walking around the property ensuring all is well with a smile and greets everyone with a happy hello! Maj is another great person to bring life to the property. She as well brings life to the leasing office and property. Our maintenance man, Miguel is always helpful in anyway possible and greets us with a friendly hello no matter what the day it is, rain or shine. If I ever have any issues with anything as far as the upkeep of the apartment, I am always treated with urgency and efficiency when it comes to quick appointments and great results! I couldn't have asked for a better location to call home. For convenience, theres gas stations, grocery stores and schools within walking distance. If I could give a higher rating then I would! A+++++

I called Casa Moreno apartments to schedule a tour and ask about availability. Majilin, the on site manager, was very attentive, professional, and friendly from the start. Even though there was no availability, Majilin was kind enough to offer me a tour of the site grounds. On the outside, the apartments look very well maintained and the residents seemed very friendly. It was very reassuring to see that there are several working security cameras around the building to keep the residents safe. It was very quiet and peaceful during my visit. My experience with Casa Moreno apartments so far has been amazing!

Casa Moreno has been my home for 5 years, I have raised my family here and my children have grown up, it is a very quiet and beautiful place to live. His manager Jessica and Mr. Miguel is always there to help us with anything. I love live here!

This place is a joke! The manager Jessica is always In a bad mood. she has a motor home parked in front of her garage area blocking the common driveway. I’ve brought it to her attention and she hasn’t done anything about it but always is picking on everyone else.

I have been living here at Casa Moreno Apartments for the past 2 years and i have received nothing but the best service you can possibly get. For starters Jessica, the property manager, has been the nicest person i have ever met. She along with Miguel, the maintenance person, are always on top of things whenever an issues arises. They have made our stay here very pleasant definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to call HOME!

I visited the property today and I was very impressed. The landscape and pools are well kept. The management staff Jessica was very professional. She welcomed me with a smile. She answered all my questions and was very attentive. I left very pleased and received great customer service from Casa Moreno.

I have lived in many different apartments and Casa Moreno has by far surpassed all of my expectations of what apartment living is. From the clean, pest Free apartments to all the amazing well kept look of the apartments. Miguel the maintenance man is always making sure the apartments are kept tip top and Jessica apartment manager keeping us updated with all repairs and making sure all of the tents are always following the rules. I have no reason to look any where else when this feels like home, thanks to Jessica and Miguel.

The apartment manager Jessica is very helpful and caring towards her residents here at Casa Moreno. She gets things done quickly when needed and never lets you down. Great complex to live in, not to mention the awesome staff we have. Jessica and Miguel are always on top of things. To the person who said that this place is a joke is absolutely absurd. Not only is Jessica always friendly, she goes above and beyond for her tenants. Her RV may not be to everyone’s liking but everyone in the complex knows that her apartment was one of the two affect by the fire. For anyone to complain about her blocking her own garage is a joke. A lot of tenants park where they shouldn’t and yet she has not towed anyone. She always gives you the chance to get your car out of the way.

Lived there about 10 years ago, more or less, and regret leaving. Jessica and all the staff are amazing 🤩! The place is very clean, well kept, the neighbors were all very friendly and respectful. Never had an issue living here. Jessica and Miguel really get to know the tenants and are always available to answer any questions or concerns.

Customer service is Great, I Called interested in a two bedroom apartment, all my questions where answered by Majilin she was very courteous & patient to answer & give me all the information & options to have a tour. I appreciate the time & courteous service. I recommend speaking to Majilin if you're looking to move in to Casa Moreno apartments.

My family has lived for over 5 years now at Casa Moreno apartments. It is a pet-friendly and kid-friendly environment. Jessica Rodriguez and her staff are super friendly and always helpful. Majilin is also one of the apartment managers and we appreciate her kindness and genuine concern for the tenants. We are blessed to be surrounded by people that are caring. Another stellar staff member is Miguel. We are so lucky to have him always lending a hand when needed. 10/10 on every level! Thank you everyone!

Is a very family place,pet friendly and very nice very clean with green spots very secure to live. Manager Jesica is always helpful and friendly and on top of matters also Miguel is always so nice and helpful. There do race rent often but is worthy compare to other places this place is secure to live in and management Jesica is always willing to help on anything.

I've been at Casa Moreno for nearly 6 months now and I must say its been extremely pleasant. Jessica is very helpful and attentive all the tenants and our needs. Miguel is constantly cleaning, repairing or painting something. Definitely a quiet relaxing place to come home to after a long week at work!
