There is not many tire places open on Sundays in Bakersfield and I found Big Brand was. At least this one on Rosedale Hwy was at 9am sharp. I had a bolt in a tire and it wasn't too close to the shoulder to have someone suggest a need for a new tire due to it being "unrepairable". It was nice knowing they didn't try to BS me into making a purchase that was not needed. I know enough about tires and tire repair to smell a crook a mile away and these guys were not that type of crew. They fixed the tire in under the time they estimated and the tire repair was FREE! Really unexpected and I would recommend others give them a try.

Over priced. Told me I needed new tires. Went to get second opinion at another tire shop. They told me my tires were still good And I didn't need new tires yet. Always get second opinion. Will not be back. I feel like they were ripping me off.

Brought brand new rims here to have mounted to tires and balanced. Dropped them off and this is how I picked them up. Super burnt…paid 600 for them to scratch the faces of my new rims. Could have did it to the back sides of them and I would have been fine but to the face cmon Updated ended up talking to Daniel the service manager and he took care of me. Ended ordering a replacement rim which got back ordered for a couple of weeks, but he went completely out of his way to make things right with me. Got the new rim and mounted it to the tire with zero issues the second time. I updated the review from 1 to 4 just from him going out of his way to make sure I was heard and understood.

Scheduled an appointment to get new tires and my install was taking way longer than expected. I asked manager (Rick) if he can check status and he informed me they were down a few technicians and he apologized for the delay. (They’re usually fast here) He was polite, apologized , said he would take care of me for my delay. He was sincere with my concerns and addressed all my questions, great manager with great people skills.

After getting my oil changed, I found out that You can get alignment, tire rotation, and brake check all for free. In which I all took the privilege to get since I was already there, its free, plus good for car safety. Also, they have great and fast service. I am also thankful that they have shuttle cars to drive you to a location while waiting for the car to be serviced and you can call them to pick you up when the car is done. Thank you so much for everything!

Take all of my vehicles here...always have courteous staff and prices are very reasonable. This is one of the few shops I've ever been to when you have them check your alignment and they actually say it's good. That builds trust in itself.

The service was great. They knew what they’re talking about. And they got me the best deal possible. The shop and the lobby work clean including the bathroom. I do recommend big brand tires to anybody I know who needs tires or other services.

I was driving down the 58 and got a flat tire. I quickly changed it to a spare, and went to big brand on Rosedale. Alex was awesome! His customer service skills were phenomenal! Very knowledge. I will be going back whenever I need to.

Took my car in for an oil change and they returned my car back with a flat tire. They were no help they would not air the tire and I was told that the “nail the tire had was on the edge of the tire that it was unfixable and I needed a completely new tire”. They did not even bother to let me know prior to removing the nail or when they called to inform that the car was ready for pick up. Horrible service gave them a second chance after the first bad experience with them. They broke the side mirror of our 2019 dodge and blamed us that the mirrors were broken upon arrival. Think twice before leaving your car. Horrible service I was lucky to have noticed the tire if not I would of driven off putting myself and others at risk. After getting my car home and needing to call someone for help.I was able to take the tire to a tire shop who was able to fix it without having to replace the tire they were very surprised when I told them that big brand tires said that it was unfixable. To top it all off I was also told that I needed new brakes and that they only have 2% life my dad being a mechanic checked them and said that the brakes were still good that they lied.

I needed new tires. Stopped by Big Brand on Rosedale on Tuesday morning. Told Izzy what I wanted. He quickly gave me a quote which included tires and what alignment cost would be if needed. Called me when completed and cost was exactly what was quoted. I’ll be back again

Daniel was very patient, professional and kind with my vehicle needs and thoroughly explained everything that my vehicle needed work on. I have never felt more comfortable and satisfied with the service! Daniel is an asset to this company as they just got themselves a very loyal customer!!!

I woke up to a flat tire! This was awful because I am single and I must have my car for work! I called Big Brands and they made an appointment for me for 2 hours later. I was worried that I would need all four tires and the cost! Eddie worked with me and found I could go with 2 tires but I needed wheel alignment. He found affordable tires and gave me all the discounts he could. I am now driving safely on the road and we even got an affordable oil change! What started as a nightmare ended well thanks to Eddie at Big Brands Rosedale!

These guys were great, I was driving through Bakersfield on a road-trip and I needed some emergency work on my car, and they were able to get me in right then, and got me back on the road just a few hours later. Good service, nice people. Would definitely go again.

The staff was so helpful and really got me out of a bind by being open on a Sunday. They took such good care of me - removing the nail in my tire at no cost. Ricky provided exceptional service and even called me when the vehicle was ready. I recommend them highly.

These guys are great! I had a screw in my tire, made an appt for the next morning to get it checked out. Tried to go to the store later and discovered the tire had lost a lot more air. Called them at 5:45 and they moved my appt and got it right in!! I would recommend them to everyone.

Was in and out of the shop in a great time. This is the second time that I have used Big Brand tires and, I am happy with the Services that I have received. Yes I tell all of my friends and family to also use this Company. Real workers and,Real people. They do what they say that they will do for your car.

They had my specific tire in stock and replaced it quickly after I arrived. They were able to get my car in immediately and the customer service was very good at the counter. The price was reasonable, and I was able to view and reserve my tire online using their chat function on the website. I would consider using them again for future tire needs.
