I went to this store 2 times over a 2 week period traveling with traffic 30-40 minutes. I asked to use the bathroom the first time I went and they told me it was broke. I had to leave and not buy in person to find a restroom. I ordered on line and had to exchange and went back again and they told me the same story. Then I realized they tell all customers that. I am not good enough to use their restroom. I left without buying anything and will not go back there. All other boot barns i have visited allow for restroom use this site is very unfriendly and uncaring!

After purchasing several work boots over the years im taking my business to Red Wings next time. The reviews about rude service is true mainly the middle aged and older workers they watch you like some boot bandit. A few of the younger workers are nice and helpful, but will not be going back ever agian.

Nice selection of clothing but very limited sizing for women. The vibe here was also a little off-putting. Maybe adding some lively country music to match the lifestyle it's selling would help. Nice boots and easy to try on (self-service).

It's like every other boot barn. Prices aren't great, walked in and between the 6 people working no one bothered to even offer assistance so I found what I was looking for and left. There were only four other patrons in the store

Boot Barn is a great place to shop for work Boots. They carry a wide variety of works boots that are of great quality and value. The costumer service is ok.

Went to buy 2 pairs of boots for over $400.00 and they wouldnt let me use the restroom. Management is very rude. I have been shopping there for years but no more.

Surprisingly unfriendly staff who were blocking the entrance for sum reson. We came in mid day to get some boots. And there off vibes low key killed it so we left. I have plenty of experience with multiple boot barns and this one in particular just ain't it. I don't know if it like that every day. And it's also the smallest boot barn I've ever been too.

I mostly buy Jewelry and Moonshine Spirit T-shirts there. (Reasonable prices) But, the shoes and boots are too expensive for me. They have high quality merchandise!

Large selection of western boots and work boots, hats clothing and accessories. I finally found a pair of cowboy boots that are comfortable and style I liked. Good customer service, friendly and helpful to help you find what you are looking for. Best to go in and try them on, don't order online. I tried on 5 different makes same size and some were tight as for a couple fit just right image attached. Brown are from Ariat and reddish brown are MoonShine. Boots are not cheap, but they are of good quality, you can find good deals on select items more so for ladies. I paid $160 plus leather conditioner and water repellent spray... you want to take care of them. Good experience first time shopping here.

First time here, there is a wide selection of work boots , ST , CT and AT there is a variety of styles to choose from. If you need any work gear this is the place.

I love the smell of leather I couldn't help myself so I return I was there previously, really enjoy the people very friendly they get 100% on my . On another note it's a bit pricey don't go in there unless you're going to spend be particular cuz you're going to get what you want.

I love this Boot Barn! I’ve found a few things here myself, including supplies to keep my boots nice, but I always go here to buy gifts and clothing for family members. The staff is always so nice and they’re so helpful. Any time I’ve had questions, they’ve been more than willing to help me. Their western wear section could be a little better (traditional western wear), but their clothes are cute for the style they are. If you’re into any type of western products or in need of cowboy hats/boots, definitely come here!

The staff was very nice and professional, everyone was helpful. I showed up in dirty blue jeans and a dirty t-shirt, I work construction and am normally pretty dirty at the end of the day. I ended up purchasing Cody James steel-toed work boots, two stars for the boots only. I walk about 15 miles every day in the dirt and these boots only lasted 3 months before the sole tore. I got the boots because they were comfortable and the price was good. Regretfully the quality was garbage.

After reading the reviews. Honestly, We had some concerns, but this is the closest boot barn to us. The little one wanted boots and we were not just getting her a pair from Target. Received, nothing but the opposite. Completely, joyful and engaging employees!!! Andrea, the boot sales rep, was extremely patient and calm with the little one. Andrea took her time with us. As long as we needed. Jill, the cashier was amazing! Very attentive and helpful customer service. Being a brown & black family, we always try to go to good places, that treat us well where we plan to spend our $$. The little one left feeling like it was their birthday! Great, job boot barn!!
