Bought dog food with disgusting worms. Dear staff can’t even switch new one for me but only refund money back to me. The most disappointed me thing was this store wants to charge me original price for a new bag but can’t match the price I had on previous bag with problem because it was on promotion a few days before. What a good customer service😱😱😱😱😱

I found the staff fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable. However, I've just moved to the area and been looking for a new supplier (we have 2 cats. 2 dogs). I found the prices expensive. I thought I may have been mistaken, so I checked online. They were premium priced, I doubt I will return at those prices.

I called MyPet Warehouse at St Peter to request confirmation of Balanced Life Enhanced Chicken Recipe - Dog Biscuits. (Amazing product btw) I am around a 15 minute drive away and I wanted to ensure it was available. The lady I spoke with ( I am sorry I have forgotten her name), was very engaging and personable and she took her time to assist me with my query over the phone. There was no sense of urgency and I was not made to feel like I was an inconvenience. She was happy to put 1 bag aside for me. When I arrived at the store there was no one at the front desk, however within 5-10 seconds a lady approached me and asked it she could assist me. Her demeanour was warm and welcoming (different lady from who I spoke with over the phone). She asked me if I was a member and I gave her my mobile and she advised that me that I was. After paying for my product, she advised me that I will receive an email with a $10 Credit for my next visit. Very happy with the service and will continue to come out an shop at MyPet Warehouse.

terrible service. do not use click and collect. they tell you not to come to store until notified but don't send you a notification. spend your money anywhere else.

There is a lady there, I am not sure what her name is but I’ve always wanted to give her boss (if she isn’t the manager already I have no idea) great feedback for her service. She has shorter hair and I know that she owns a staffy! I have been coming to the store since I welcomed my little AmStaff and this lady has ALWAYS gone above and beyond with help whenever it has been needed. She has a great understanding of the products and which products would best suit a customer needs, I have personally had the pleasure of receiving her service but have also overheard her do the same for others whilst I’ve been at the store. I can see in previous reviews that people might be saying the same!!!! Thank you forever for your help, you deserve a pay rise <3 Love from Hayley and Luka!

The staff is the same as before, except it was bought by petstock. Good parking. But the business is not skilled enough. Maybe it's because the company is different

Got a cute bed for my bunny, Tux, and you can clearly see how she loves it. The staff was so good -- Sophie was so helpful w all the recommendations as well as DIY ideas for using products for enrichment and bonding w my bunny. She even helped w a few online resources to help me w my first-time pet parent journey!

It sort of smells like pet fur and dust although staff was really friendly and other then that I would say it's really good. But I had to travel far to get there!

large range of pet food, bedding, pet jackets/vests/clothing, litter, leads harnesses and accessories. Sometimes we need to get our pet a vet prescribed dietary food and they allow you to order online and pick up. Staff have always been lovely and sometimes people will even bring their dogs in with them. They also stock medication like worming, flea/tick repellent. Mostly cat / dog, but also has bird, rodent and reptile items (does not sell the animals themselves).

Firstly, the staff are always polite, welcoming and very helpful. In the past visit I did express my frustration as to the product that I continuously buy isn't always consistent in store. However the staff were professional and understanding and explained to me that the product is quite popular. They took my number down and said that they will call me back once they are back in stock. Also if I have purchased large amounts of items, they have always being friendly enough to offer assistance back to my car. So yes! I’ll always recommend this store ! Please pass on my thanks 😊

My closest stockist of my cats preferred food. If food isn’t in stock I can leave my name and number and I get a phone call when it’s arrived, and always put aside the amount I need. Love this service. Two very happy meow meows and a cat Mum. 😻

Wrote specific delivery instruction to ACTUALLY ATTEMPT TO DELIVER, however, it was taken to the parcel collection without even attempting to deliver. Very disappointed as I PAID FOR "DELIVERY" and I was home all day waiting. Why do I have to pay delivery fee when I have to collect it myself?????????????????????

I would give them zero if I could paid for a box of 24 and got 23 with it opened will not order from again

Great range. The location is a bit out of the way but it's necessary to get that kind of warehouse space. There is far more of a selection here than other large pet stores closer to the city with the option of buying in bulk

Not much stock for what it is. Layout isn't great with no aisle signs and not much staff on so you just have to search around for a while for what you're looking for. Prices are okay but could be found online easily.

Friendly staff who always help me find the right products. Debbie and the team are very knowledgeable. They always greet me with a smile and happy to have a chat.

My Petwarehouse in St Peters is the best. All the staff members are friendly, helpful and always go above and beyond to help me! My pup and I love the big variety of treats, toys and bargains available :)
