I've been a member of F45 Maroubra since 2016 and joining the F45 "cult" (LOL) was the best decision ever. Once you get past those first couple of weeks it'll be amazing. Yes you will sweat like crazy, yes you will feel like you're gonna die and yes you'll be sore as hell, but it is sooooo worth it. It changed my life!!! Thank you!!!!!

Friendly environment, good class times, nice studio and equipment. The trainers know what they are doing. It gets a bit hot in summer.

Hey there. The team is great and very enthusiastic and always motivating. Like the classes and the effort the trainer crew puts in early morning and also on public holidays.

I have been training at F45 Traning Maroubra for more than a year. They moved to new permises few month ago to a much better spot. - Corner Maroubra Rd / Anzac Parade. Great concept Great Staff
