Got my lashes done on a Thursday, next day most of the lashes on the left side fell out, then on Friday both sides, left side more than right. Decided to go back to get it fixed before an event on the Saturday of the same week but was brushed off by the Worker as it wasn't her who had served me and was told to come back another time. She was standoffish and rude and offered no assistance or solution.

Hit and miss for quality, precision and overall look. Had a few great sets of lashes here, but my last set were painful and has too much glue that I could feel when blinking. I had to soak off at home within three days. Do not recommend.

On two occasions where I turn up at 3:30pm but denied service as apparently they close at 4pm!!! I understand that they close 4pm on Sunday but I was there at 3:30 and one person in front of me. —— Re: your response, your closing time is not 4pm then. It’s deceiving, if you close 10 mins before closing time then put that in your notice board or website. Most people would think you are still open and servicing at 4pm!

I have been going to this place for about a year now for regular lash lift and ting. Staff have been consistently lovely and standard of the service has been great. Would recommend
