    The Girl in the Drive through window dropped my food on the ground while she was passing it to me at around 12pm 15/06/23 and didn’t even apologise. They made me wait a few minutes to make a ‘new one’ and when I arrived home, the burger was cold and the large fries was missing in the bag. WORST EXPERIENCE 👎👎👎

    I always check the bag. This time I asked the and trusted. They look you in the eye and say yes everything is there sauces. And when you get home. It's not there. Quite depressing every time. I know it's McDonald's, but it's almost like they do it on purpose or they are just really really simple at their job and don't care as it's a big company that doesn't matter with 3.4 star rating. Just hope a manager sees this and always tells the staff to double check orders it's very simple and a good skill to have for the future.

    Absolutely appalling service at 1am on a Thursday night. Waited 40 minutes for our order before asking, gave the female manager our receipt and she told us she would make the order. That did not happen. Waited for another 10-15 minutes. Got a half bag of food, it was not accurate. Told them. She then asked for my receipt. Explained I already gave it to her. I told her my order number and she checked it and proceeded to yell that I had it wrong. She was so incredibly disrespectful and rude. I did not have it wrong. Ended up asking for a refund, and she walked away. Male manager came and did refund instead. The whole team were rude to us and other customers, laughing and turning their backs to us. Absolutely disgusted. Never coming back here. I know this sounds like a Karen rant but I am seriously horrified by their service.

    We ordered 24 mcspicy nuggets and got most of them the original ones; ordered for 4 mcspicy sauces but got 4 barbecue sauce; ordered one sprite one 7up, but sprite and a coke...... We'd like to have a change once in a while, but wont be favoring the way been changed with zero notice.

    I would give minus 5 stars if I could. 9th October 2023, around 10.40pm, the shop seemed to have some sort of technical issues, bringing their drive thru traffic to a standstill. Instead of taking measures to either soothe the traffic or come out and explain to their customers, the store management simply ignored the congestion and let people wait in their cars in the drive thru for more than 20mins without explanation. No one answered the shop phone either.

    NOT DURING PRIDE MONTH 🏳️‍🌈 My girlfriend and i are unhappy with our order at this maccas, the girl at the dive through our FULL CREAM in her iced chai OAT latte that she ordered, not only did she get the order wrong her attitude was AWFUL SHE GAVE MY GIRL A DOME LID saying “I don’t care she’s getting a dome lid”

    The worst Maccas. Want a burger? It’ll probably be messed up. Want a burger at night? The buns will be extra stale. Want hotcakes in the morning? They’ll be cold and you won’t have any butter or syrup to go with them. Try to call them about any of this? They’ll hang up on you. I really can’t tell if it’s just a ridiculous level of forgetfulness or a messed up version of cost saving.

    Consistently the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s not like it’s a one off bad experience, it’s always bad. Chips are always old, meat is never fresh. Tonight I got 6 sweet and sour packets in my quarter pounder meal. This would’ve been great if I at least had crispy chips to dip into the sauce packets I never asked for.

    Time waited on food is 10 minutes without letting the customer know. The manager was touching food without using her gloves (eg: when asking her crews if the Double Big Mac was steam bum) while touching her hair and nose. Crew was not wearing uniform especially the girls at the front without their hair up and their hats. I am disappointed with this stores standard of service.

    I visited this fine dining place and did not experience fine dining part. To be quite specific, the self order machines did not work so that called for me having to converse with a measly employee. After this trouble, my fellows and I had to sit and endure pure agony of waiting for approximately 30 minutes for one soft serve. This was a preposterous experience and I do not wish this experience upon my worst enemy.

    Another total fail. Second time in a fortnight drink spilt over the food making it inedible. Even if that had not happened still was a fail- my cheeseburger literally was just a pickle and tomato sauce no patty🤔😐. Seriously how was that missed its kind of a basic. It's just McDonald's the menu is not exactly complicated how can they get it wrong so often it utterly baffles me it's not rocket science. I regularly get home delivery from McDonald's Stanmore as I am a shift worker and it's often the only place open between 2-4am when I finish work. I don't have "Karen" unreasonable expectations of a 24hr McDonald's and as a fellow shift worker, I have so much empathy for how hard it can be working in the middle of the night...HOWEVER when 3 out of 4 deliveries have an issue and you've got no other options as it's the middle of the night, and you end up going without dinner because it's inedible...well you tend to get a little grumpy and over it. Literally what is going on with this place? Training issues? Underpaid and/or bad management causing a lack of morale and pride in getting it right? As I already said, I too work weird shift hours, I get it's hard but you know what I take pride in doing a good job and getting it right and caring about customers. As I already said seriously it's not rocket science it's a basic menu what's the problem.

    I ordered by app, it wasn't accepted, as they weren't doing drive through, so I had to go in store and re order. ( had to interrupt staff member who had gotten 8 meals ready, and not even acknowledged me, to take my order ) I then waited a while before receiving my meal, which was faultless. CUSTOMER SERVICE abysmal FOOD McDonald's signature standard.

    I ordered a sausage and egg muffin meal with an extra hash brown, and it was served quickly, hot, and fresh. The drive-through was remarkably efficient; I didn’t have to wait in line at all. Great start to the day!

    Why is this place so bad (consistently)? Fries are always undercooked (very soggy, cold and very pale in colour), the restaurant and bathrooms are always absolutely filthy. I also just ordered hotcakes that came straight out of the fridge. They clearly weren’t heated up and were freezing to the touch. Too late by the time I discovered it as it was takeaway. 🙄 Don’t waste your money and drive 10min up the road to Haberfield. 👌🏼

    This is consistently the worst Maccas I’ve ever had the displeasure of being a paying customer. Avoid at all costs. Fries are always cold or stale and rarely salted. Burgers are thrown together and mostly fall apart. Items from order missing 90% of the time. From the other reviews appears this is how they operate. McDonalds head office needs better QC on their franchisees.

    I have such fond memories of my parents taking me to me Macca's as a kid. Before it solely focused on takeaway and now sadly UberEats. I took my young kids to dinner to celebrate my daughter's choir performance as a treat. It was around 8.45pm. Not late. However at Stanmore, we could not find a clean table to sit at. It was absolutely disgusting. This being one of McDonald's flagship locations. Rubbish was everywhere, tables not wiped down, and I ordered on the self-service screen so we could all choose what to eat together, and the machine was filthy, floor dirty and receipt machine out of paper. When I went to use the several hand sanitisers on walls, all of them were empty. There is no excuse for this low standard. If this were a small business it would have been closed down the the NSW Food Authority - Name and Shame, which I am also be reporting too. Finally, what sad depths Macca's has sunk too. They advertise as a family restaurant, but really, now, with UberEats, it is simply servicing take-out, even dedicating former restaurant space to the helmeted rider pick up zone. With no focus on eat in hospitality. Not to mention it's new 'number' call out service -- screaming out eat in orders. We chose table service but all that meant was the waitress piled all the food into her arms, then dumped it on the table with items forgotten and nearly all of it cold, as they were waiting on a forgotten burger before they brought it out. I am not exaggerating. Look, I know I shouldn't expect 5 star service from Macca's but I should expect McDonald's standards. My sister worked there, along with friends in the early 1990s and you could always get a clean table and hot food on a tray with a friendly smile. (Most of the time...) How things have changed. Macca's is just for late drunk-night eats now and people who order from their phone or have no regard for basic hospitality standards. What a shame.

    Order #110 at around 2:30 PM Nobody told me my order is ready. The ice cream was melting. The fries were like woods! I noticed and I asked them to change it. They did. After I left, I ate the burger. And boom! The meet was super cold but I can't go back to them! Currently I am not feeling well and they could be the reason

    Fries were warm (not hot) oily and on the soggy side. Quarter pounder was good. Table service came but packed as takeaway rather than on a tray. It was busy lunchtime when I arrived. But I was able to sit and eat. I’d go back but only because it’s the nearest to where I was staying. Atmosphere was somewhat sterile and the ac was very cold, considering the pleasant temperature outside, I had too ok put my coat back on! Could be better.

    Absolutely useless. Stopped there to save time. Waited forever gor my meal, eventually went to the counter to find out what was happening. Was ignored for 3-4 minutes. Then the girl finally asked me what I wanted. My food. It was sitting on the counter. She said she couldn't find me. I was sitting $ metres away, and could clearly see my number from the counter. I said so my food would be cold. She said yeah. She offered yo remake it but as I was trying to get home to my dogs I didn't have time. As I went to leave she added that the don't have the chicken bites anymore. But no offer of compensation, food or otherwise.The managed wasn't much better. I would like the owner of this restaurant to get in contact by responding to this review to sort this out.

    A lovely girl named Kira served me at the front counter with such kindness and enthusiasm. You could tell that she is committed to her job. The kitchen forgot one of my nuggets and Kira was so apologetic and prioritised rushing to retrieve my missing nugget. I thought that I would show my appreciation to this young lady as the store was very busy but she was still willing to help me.
