The nurse who gave me the Astrazeneca 11/8 is extremely efficient and gentle. Her product knowledge was excellent. Dr Andy - Very caring and diligent. Receptionists polite and also efficient. Would recommend them all.

Very inconvenient. Have tried to come a couple of times on a weekend, could not be seen. The head Indian doctor even came into an appointment I had with the nurse, my very first appointment with the practice, and told me off for being a few minutes late (literally) quoting that because I was late, "other patients were going to abuse the nurse because of me". I asked the nurse later, "seriously? I'm so sorry" and she said, "no no, I'm not, it's fine". Each time I've been to the office, I've felt unsatisfied with the practice. I would not recommend this place. Riverwood medical Centre across the road are much more patient friendly and I've had a great experience there. EDIT: In response to your reply - I hope you realise that your response has been a reflection of your arrogance and rudeness - it is very condescending. Firstly, I was not 30 minutes late - I was 5 minutes late and it took over 30 minutes before I was seen. So if the following patient was seen during my spot, it should not have affected anything in the schedule as we effectively "swapped" and it did not warrant a rude comment from the doctor who made it a point to come into my appointment to tell me off in front of the nurse (and not in a nice way). But here's something for free because you've lied in your reply - please don't take long waiting times and dismissing patients as a compliment. This is a medical practice, not a restaurant. If people can't be seen by their regular doctor, or have decided to come to you and cannot be seen, the consequences are greater than not getting into a restaurant. I would say that your long waiting times and lack of service is a sign of your failing to meet the needs of your patients, and hence you will be unable to better service new clients and make existing clients unhappy. There are obviously multiple reviews that highlight your ineffective token system and the rudeness of some staff. In fact, if you run with the analogy properly, high quality restaurants take bookings, build in a grace period for those that are slightly late and offer much better customer service. So stop comparing yourselves to food or restaurants (as you've done here and in other responses to reviews). It seems you need to reflect deeply on accepting some harsh truths. You've sugar coated your reality of the situation.

Devon Ibrahim my wife and lots of my family members are Caritas Med. Centre patients for long time because of excellent and professional treatment especially by Dr. Chauhan. Also a lot of thanks to the receptionists and to Sarandha for their help.

Dr Chauhan is by far the best GP I have ever had. Great manner in how he goes about helping me, very thorough and knowledgeable and understanding of my unique personal situation and needs. The reception and admin staff are fantastic, as is the practice nurse Donna, their psychologist and podiatrist.

Dr Chauhan and his team are friendly and supportive. I’ve been a patient of Dr Chauhan for over 10 years, he is approachable and provides up to date medical advice in an easy to understand manner.

I came across this Medical Centre years ago and never looked back since. Dr Chauhan was on his own then and was such a caring person. His service was complimented by his wife/receptionist(Saranda) and they were such a great team. With their move to the present location, their practice has grown and remain efficient and caring. Dr Chauhan takes the trouble to properly investigate before referring his patients to a specialist. a highly recommended centre to go to.

Caritas Medical Centre is a fantastic establishment worth to be highly recommended. From the GPs and to all the staff, whether in-person or remote consultation, they combine such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of professional medical care. Dr Tarun Chauhan is incredible as not only he has taken great care in monitoring my erratic high bp in spite of lockdown/Covid situation (thanks to their online booking system and Telehealth), but he is likewise lovely to speak with at every appointment. He is very patient and would explain everything in layman’s terms. Really thorough, very detailed and you will never feel rushed. Thank you all for your hard work, patience and dedication especially during these times. We need you!

Dr Chauhan saved my mums life. Before my family and I started coming here my mum was always sick bed ridden for months on end, we never thought she'd see her 60s. Shes a different person now thanks to this clinic. Dr Chauhan and his team are kind, compassionate and just genuinely concerned for their patients. The wait times for us are worth the service they provide. We moved out of the area and still drive down to see them. Great Doctor great staff, we recommend them to all our family and friends.

They banned me for speaking up to one of their new GPs a couple of years ago after the last one i had was co-operative. Theyre lucky i held back most of it. They cant handle any criticism. Its called the truth.

Went in today as was closeby and my daughter was having difficulty breathing. Was turned away for not having an appointment. I understand needing an appointment, but there's a lot to be said about medical staff turning away a child in need of assistance.
