Very
inconvenient.
Have
tried
to
come
a
couple
of
times
on
a
weekend,
could
not
be
seen.
The
head
Indian
doctor
even
came
into
an
appointment
I
had
with
the
nurse,
my
very
first
appointment
with
the
practice,
and
told
me
off
for
being
a
few
minutes
late
(literally)
quoting
that
because
I
was
late,
"other
patients
were
going
to
abuse
the
nurse
because
of
me".
I
asked
the
nurse
later,
"seriously?
I'm
so
sorry"
and
she
said,
"no
no,
I'm
not,
it's
fine".
Each
time
I've
been
to
the
office,
I've
felt
unsatisfied
with
the
practice.
I
would
not
recommend
this
place.
Riverwood
medical
Centre
across
the
road
are
much
more
patient
friendly
and
I've
had
a
great
experience
there.
EDIT:
In
response
to
your
reply
-
I
hope
you
realise
that
your
response
has
been
a
reflection
of
your
arrogance
and
rudeness
-
it
is
very
condescending.
Firstly,
I
was
not
30
minutes
late
-
I
was
5
minutes
late
and
it
took
over
30
minutes
before
I
was
seen.
So
if
the
following
patient
was
seen
during
my
spot,
it
should
not
have
affected
anything
in
the
schedule
as
we
effectively
"swapped"
and
it
did
not
warrant
a
rude
comment
from
the
doctor
who
made
it
a
point
to
come
into
my
appointment
to
tell
me
off
in
front
of
the
nurse
(and
not
in
a
nice
way).
But
here's
something
for
free
because
you've
lied
in
your
reply
-
please
don't
take
long
waiting
times
and
dismissing
patients
as
a
compliment.
This
is
a
medical
practice,
not
a
restaurant.
If
people
can't
be
seen
by
their
regular
doctor,
or
have
decided
to
come
to
you
and
cannot
be
seen,
the
consequences
are
greater
than
not
getting
into
a
restaurant.
I
would
say
that
your
long
waiting
times
and
lack
of
service
is
a
sign
of
your
failing
to
meet
the
needs
of
your
patients,
and
hence
you
will
be
unable
to
better
service
new
clients
and
make
existing
clients
unhappy.
There
are
obviously
multiple
reviews
that
highlight
your
ineffective
token
system
and
the
rudeness
of
some
staff.
In
fact,
if
you
run
with
the
analogy
properly,
high
quality
restaurants
take
bookings,
build
in
a
grace
period
for
those
that
are
slightly
late
and
offer
much
better
customer
service.
So
stop
comparing
yourselves
to
food
or
restaurants
(as
you've
done
here
and
in
other
responses
to
reviews).
It
seems
you
need
to
reflect
deeply
on
accepting
some
harsh
truths.
You've
sugar
coated
your
reality
of
the
situation.
