Honestly
speaking,
Thai
massage
parlors
in
Sydney
are
generally
quite
up
to
standard
in
terms
of
cleanliness,
skills,
authenticity,
comfort,
and
ambiance;
and
this
place
is
no
exception.
It’s
all
about
the
little
things
that
make
a
difference,
and
for
this
place
a
few
merits
stand
out
from
the
others:

Friendly,
courteous,
and
patient
reception
and
masseurs,
always
with
genuine
smiles,
even
when
the
place
was
busy.
A
true
showcase
of
Thai
hospitality.
2.
There’s
once
they
needed
to
change
my
booked
appointment
to
15min
later
because
of
a
late-coming
customer
right
beforehand,
and
they
called
me
1.5hr
in
advance
to
make
sure
I
was
ok
with
that
and
to
reduce
my
waiting
time
after
arriving.
Not
many
places
nowadays
do
that
—
not
even
for
some
top
restaurants
in
town!
3.
Not
cutting
corners
—
e.g.
Electric
blanket
to
keep
customers
warm
during
treatment,
honey
ginger
tea
served
in
fancy
cups
as
shown
in
the
picture.
These
made
you
feel
warmly
welcomed
as
a
special
customer
every
time.
5.
Clear
and
fair
pricing
structure
for
treatments,
with
no
discrepancy
on
website,
social
media,
and
on
the
spot
(that
some
others
had).
Easy
health
fund
rebates.
No
nasty
surprises
on
the
spot.
6.
Booking
was
easy
over
the
phone
or
their
website
or
messenger,
but
of
course
they
take
walk-in
customers
when
there’re
available
spots!
