The base is warped which sends the eggs to the outside when it gets too low, this can easily be fixed by adding a barrier to keep them all within reach. Spoiler - None of the eggs contained a major prize, and I walked away with a bag of junk.

My daughter's 9yo birthday is truly a blast! The venue is great, food is yummy, and our party host Aleeza is awesome! She was able to deal with all our requests and helped us throughout the party, even with the wrap up.

You do not know how happy I am TimeZone got a modern upgrade to catch up with the other already high grade time zones, now I don’t have to travel an hour to get an experience that’s a few minutes away from home!!!

Had 8th Birthday Party for my granddaughter Zoe, was very impressed with our host Travis he did a great job. 10 out of 10. My only complaint was that the venues air con didn't seem to be working.

My son's party was hosted by Izzy and Jenna, and I am very happy with them. Izzy was very friendly and she hosts the party really well. They were also very flexible with the arrangements as we were running a bit late, so they communicated the plan changes and things very well with us. All in all, we are VERY HAPPY with Izzy and Jenna, and also Timezone Blacktown.

Lucie was the perfect host. Friendly and helpful. Checked in throughout the party and helped some of the younger kids. The kids had a great time and the newly refurbished venue is very impressive. Food options for kids good and a good size serve. Great that soft drinks were refillable as it was an extremely hot day. Would highly recommend.

We had great fun today at my son’s Birthday. Host Rishi, he was great and very helpful. He was with the kids most of time and kids had great time. Food options were good too. Overall we all have great experience with this new venue. Well done 👍

Yay! Another Timezone arcade near me with some of my favourite arcade games including House Of The Dead: Scarlet Dawn and Bowling, Laser Tag, Spin Zone etc. I came here after 5pm on the opening day.

We just had a party at Zone Bowling Blacktown! We ordered platters for our large group and all of them were delicious! We had party hosts Travis and Lucie - they were patient and kind with helping us manage such a large group ! They were also engaging with the kids and very helpful to us parents ! These hosts went over and above and because if them will be recommending zone bowling Blacktown to all our friends and family! Thanks again guys, the party was a great success!

A great place for kids to get some exercise and have fun. I recommend this place for parties. The kids have a ball and I've been and had a few of our own parties here. They are organised and the staff are helpful and patient. Be prepared for a very loud environment. People who are sensitive to noise will struggle for sure.

We had a birthday party for our 8 year old son at playtime arcade and laser tag last week. We were fortunate enough to have use of our own party room, the kids had lots of fun with all the scheduled activities and our host Travis was very warm, enthusiastic, calm and eager to help - thank you Travis! I’d encourage parents of birthday children to consider planning some activities like party games for the periods between activities eg. While waiting for lunch to be served, and after lunch and before the next activity, as there can be some waiting time involved and younger guests can get restless during these unstructured times. Overall, it was a great afternoon and we were well looked after and supported by Travis and the team at the arcade. The kids all commented that they had a great time! Thanks again!
