Great nail salon. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. The manicure wasn’t rushed and was done perfectly. Would definitely come back.

All the ladies here are so lovely. They don’t judge and I enjoy our conversations. It’s such a relaxing environment in which I always get the best service. It’s fantastic for anybody looking to do a little self care ever now and then! Very convenient for locals!

Best nail salon in Sydney, have been coming here for the last 5 years. Sam is amazing and so are the other girls.

Went due to friend recommendation and safe to say last time. The lady who did my nails was so rude and the Colour that came out and shape looks hideous. I am actually devastated because I had no time to redo my nails before a big event. Rude service, time took one hour and a half, way too long and poor work.

Won’t return. Went on the recommendation of some friends who go to this salon. It wasn’t a good experience and from the shaping job I’ve been left with raw skin either side of one of my nails. There’s no efficiency, the appointment for manicure and pedicure took 2 hours. For the service I had done wouldn’t be more that 1hr 15 at other salons I’ve been to. The overall finished look of the nails is clean but it wasn’t a welcoming or enjoyable place to go.

Hands down the best nail salon! I I’ve been visiting this salon for over a year and I cannot fault their services, always friendly and do my nails perfectly. I also want to how hygienic they are compared to other local salons.

My Builder Gel nails are expertly applied (recently upgraded after 5 years of SNS powder), last for weeks and are reasonably priced. Great, friendly service and the salon is hygienic. They offer a repair guarantee, but I’ve only needed to take up this offer twice in over 5 years as a loyal customer.

This place is so disorganised. Firstly, I got my nails done on Friday December 8, 2023. It got chipped within 5 days and today, December 13, 2023, I called to complain and they said they will accommodate me and redo my nails. I came as they said in 20 minutes but the man from the Waterloo branch very rudely told me to leave because I have no booking. Now I called beforehand on the same day and was told to come immediately. I took time out of my day and walked 20 minutes or so to the salon to be rudely told that I need to wait at least another 30 minutes for them to redo my nails. I will never ever be coming back to this salon again. 1/5
