This was my third time visiting this massage parlor, and unfortunately, my experience this time was severely disappointing. The previous two visits were pleasant, however, the new massage therapist during this visit seemed highly unprofessional. To begin with, they didn't ask about any specific areas of discomfort, they simply began the session without any prior discussion. I initially thought this might be a new approach, expecting them to ask questions later, but there was no such conversation during the entire session. Furthermore, the therapist repeatedly focused on my inner thighs, which made me feel uncomfortable. When the session concluded, they abruptly stated it was over and left the room, leaving me quite astonished. For the first time, I wasn't offered any water or tea after the massage, something I had to request myself. This service has left me significantly unsatisfied and I regret to say that I won't be returning in the future.

I had an excellent massage here today! I think it was the owner (Dave?) who treated me and he was knowledgeable and intuitive. Also was gentle around my sore/injured shoulder whilst still giving me a good strong massage, and checked in regularly to make sure the pressure was okay. Highly recommended, I'll be back! On the spot private health rebate was a plus as well.

The massage I had today was AMAZING! Both my partner and I feel way less stiff and so relaxed. Both therapists were lovely and accommodating. I could even use my health fund to partially pay for my treatment, the pricing is great value. The vibe was so cozy and calming, we were offered tea post massage. Very happy to have found a place to get a good massage with such lovely staff. I cant wait to treat myself to another massage.

1/3/2023: This business owner needs to learn the law around business and customer rights. GIFT VOUCHERS MUST HAVE A 3 YEAR EXPIRY BY LAW- Not 6 months. When a new owner takes over the business, they take on the existing vouchers and cannot refuse them. I have confirmed all of this with the ACCC and fair trading are involved as my gift voucher (which had a 6 month expiry was refused this morning) very rudely by the owner. As a business owner, you should know these simple terms! 2/3/2023: Response to the owner's response: Well it's good to see you can reply seeing as I waited all day yesterday and still today for a reply phone call to my phone call message that I left with your staff and still have not had a reply to that. You didn't address the fact that you don't comply with the legal terms of a 3 year expiry for gift vouchers and only offer a 6 month expiry. You called yourself trustworthy and honest but this isn't either of those things. I was accused in your reply of being flippant and a liar and there was not one apology. If you're insinuating that I have forged a gift voucher and that it is not real, I can tell you that my gift voucher was purchased on April 26th, 2022 (as stated face to face) and the friend who purchased it for me has proof of transaction on his banking ap and I can get this information easily. This was not at all offered as an option when I was inside your business yesterday and instead, I was told no to using the voucher very rudely and sent to the door. The two people I spoke with inside Paradise Thai yesterday confirmed that you only offer a 6 month expiry so don't try to accuse me of lying and having a voucher from many many years ago- again, this is not honest or trustworthy. If there is no number written on the gift voucher, that is a mistake from your business, not of my own as I didn't write up the voucher and was given it as a gift. I have been coming to this business for over 8 years and always had great experiences but clearly that was under the old management. This has been handled so unprofessionally and what was meant to be a nice relaxing massage as a treat for my birthday has turned into a horrible experience and is extremely disappointing.

I had a 30 minute remedial massage with Vixon, and I don’t think I’ve ever had such A skilled Massuse. I swam my personal best today (3km) and might have overdone it in the pool. One half hour massage later, I feel ready to tackle another 3 km. I love being able to claim my health fund and I feel confident in recommending Vixen, to anyone with any kind of muscular issues.

Amazing remedial massage. All the masseuses are very skilled and the owner is very friendly. Will keep coming back.

Visiting Sydney for a weekend and was pleasantly surprised by this massage place! David was amazing and very warm and friendly! One of the best remedial massages I have ever had. Will definitely recommend my friends and family in Sydney to come!

I had a massage here a few days ago and I'm still thinking about how good it was and when I can go back! The employees were so friendly and professional. I had a remedial massage, my problem points were attended to and left very relaxed. Highly recommend!

I have been working in sydeny for a few week now and have had an extremely painful neck and hip, it's so bad that I was feeling nauseous. I get regular massages at home and I am pretty fussy! I dropped in at Paradise Thai Massage without an appointment and had a wonderful therapeutic massage with a lady that has profesional skill that kneaded out the sore spots. Highly recommend.
