Virginia
grown
chain
of
pizzeria
pubs
that
has
spread
to
multiple
states
across
the
south
&
midwest.
Noted
for
its
28"
pizza,
the
only
size
available,
or
by
the
slice
which
is
more
than
enough
for
most
people.
The
staff
is
friendly,
the
service
is
fast,
and
the
pizza
is
made
to
order.
Though
the
menu
is
pretty
sparse,
it
keeps
it
simple
and
probably
helps
with
the
speed
and
cost.
Atmosphere
is
amusing
with
an
ages-past-industrial-repurpose
feel.
This
location
is
interesting
with
its
warren
of
dining
spaces.
--
The
pizza,
even
by
the
slice,
is
very
large
and
satisfying.
It
has
sufficient
sauce
and
toppings
to
get
a
good
flavor
combination
in
the
bite.
It
is
a
"thin"
crust
pizza,
but
the
edges
are
still
a
bit
thick
and
the
toppings
didn't
make
it
as
far
to
the
edge
as
I
would
like,
leaving
a
pretty
significant
crust
ring.
We
tried
the
sausage
and
the
Veggie
Special
slices.
The
sausage
slices
were
a
little
muted
in
flavor,
so
not
as
flavorful
as
anticipated.
The
roasted
peppers
and
onions
on
the
Veggie
were
well
distributed
and
did
translate
into
a
full
flavor
profile,
more
so
than
the
sausage.
The
dough,
made
fresh
daily
on
site,
has
a
good
consistency
and
cooked
well
with
a
nice
slight
spotty
blackening
to
the
bottom.
Flavor
for
the
crust
is
a
little
bland.
It
doesn't
detract
from
your
topping
flavors
but
also
does
not
elevate
the
flavors
either.
When
we
got
to
the
bare
crust,
dipping
sauces
were
pretty
necessary.

Good
pizza,
great
service,
nice
atmosphere.
We
will
probably
try
some
of
the
other
locations
to
compare.
