I usually love this place. The other night I got my chicken sandwich and it was discolored, very hard, like it had been sitting for hours and hours! I threw it in the trash after one bite! It was after 9:00pm and I hadn't had dinner. Very disappointing! The pictures don't do it justice, this piece of chicken looked disgusting!

She ate almost 2 thighs and I had 1 leg, skin and meat off the bones from the 2 thighs and the biscuit. 😋 202210 Where's the biscuit? How come the chicken is so small? Biden's inflation? Likely! 🤬 asides from that, the chicken and sides are delicious!! The lady at the drive thru was very nice. One of my pups loves Bojangles. We dine at one quite often whenever we travel South. To my surprise, my other pup wanted some today. Both are very happy now... while I eat the battered chicken skin and sides. 😁

Ordered a 12 pc. Chicken. Me and my girlfriend ate 2 pieces each the chicken was soaking with oil, the chicken was fatty and tasteless like there was no seasoning. Absolutely disappointing. Sides were great though, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and dirty rice were all great and the biscuits were good.

I stop there when I can..Love it..But today I didnt.check my order and got home and its jacked up..when you order two sausage egg and cheese biscuits and hash rounds and a four pcs.chicken.tender dinner, you expect to have sausage on the biscuits and 2 biscuits, not just 1 cheese and egg biscuit.. I Would have to drive 20 miles to get corrected..My.bad for not checking..order before leaving..I should have known the guy making the biscuits couldn't do his job...he looked lost.. For a diabetic, protein is very important to us..and not getting it is dangerous.

My first time at a Bojangles at the recommendation of my boyfriend. The employees were polite and quick. The food came out so fast it put every other fast food restaurant to shame. Not only that, the food is super tasty! Fries and chicken were juicy and perfectly seasoned. Boyfriend said his meal was the best chicken sandwich ever. I got the thigh and drumstick dinner with Mac and cheese and coleslaw. Coleslaw was great and the Mac and cheese was incredible. This location is right next to a Chick-fil-A and I'd choose Bojangles every time!

It's Bo Time! The food for my particular visit wasn't the greatest. The chicken was a little dry, but the sides and biscuits lived up to the Bojangles standard. The service was great, and the gentleman that took our order also did a great job of making sure the dining room was clean. As is the case with any fast food restaurant, sometimes it depends on who is working that day, but for the most part it was a great visit.

The people at the counter were great. Super nice! But the fries were warm at best, and WAY over salted. I'm guessing that's on purpose because the combo meal doesn't include a drink and they want you to buy one. Still, I prefer the flavor of their chicken to Chick-fil-a, which is next door, so I would try here again.
