Came past for late night coffee 11/4/23 about 3am. Shops locked up for night security so worker had to make my coffee... Blokes picking at his teeth and touching his mouth while his started making my coffee then touched the rim of my coffee cup and lid. This was dirty before covid. So I just left and went up to Spence. I couldn't believe my eyes with how disgustingly dirty this worker was. Your workers should learn safe food handling or hygiene practices, or don't make coffees at all.

I have never experienced racism as bad as I ever have at this service station, I was refused to be able to fill up untill I prepaid , so I parked next door at the melba shops and recorded what they was doing , when dark skin people turned up they say over the speaker pre pay before filling up , but when fair skinned people turned up they was able to fill up with out a word said . I reported it to the 7/11 main office and there response was they can choose who prepay and who doesn't from the way people look . This place should be shut down or there staff need cross cultural awareness training.

Would give 7 eleven melba 0 stars if i could. They are very rude about everything there. The workers are disrepectful and the store itself if horrible. Absoluetly appalling service, was sworn at by worker multiple times and was thretened multiple times.. The only thing I wanted to do was buy a drink. The layout of the store is also horrible, I hate everything about this store.. Will never be returning.

Great customer service, friendly staff & owners. Great variety of food, drinks, gift cards, car needs, first aid needs & more Petrol is on par with most other service stations Highly recommended

I appreciate that someone at 7-Eleven HQ has put some time & thought into providing us with a range of snacks which are better for us.

When you go at around 1 to 2 am, the guy with glasses never replies you. I had such experience twice. I was there last night to fill up fuel, I rang the bell, knocked the door, did wait around 5 mins for the guy to appear, but no one responded, not sure they sleep at that time or busy doing something else.

4:06 Was just told by the staff member that he does not want to serve me as he has just mopped the floor and that he didn't want to go on the floor as he would have to mop it again and has made me wait until the floor is dry staff member was very rude through out conversation all I wanted was a $3 coffee what a joke!

Went to 7-11 Melba to fill up a fuel. I had locked in a price at 206 from Fyshwick 7-11. The price at pump was around 212. I scanned my card, but the discount was not applied. The store team member didn't even try to troubleshoot the issue and said that my account was locked. If my account was locked, I wouldn't have been able to lock-in a price and then scan at store. The team member doesn't even know how their own offerings to the public work. I don't have problem paying for the fuel, but the team member should atleast try to honour the price that I have locked-in using the app. Haven't experienced this in other stores.

The Store person is too lazy to make a coffee at late night to pay through window and said they are cleaning coffee machines even though they are not. Couldn’t get a coffee to drive late night.

Don't know what has happened to the 7 eleven chunky beef pie they were at one time quite nice, but just recently, it's been a long time since I had a pie this bad not even my dogs would eat it
