Both were always courteous and professional and proved to care for us as clients. At the beginning of the process when we were entertaining the idea of putting the home on the market, Emily was helpful and down to earth in advising what we could do to bring the property to sale. We waited a year before returning to Emily and she had enquired once or twice during that 12 months about our plans but never once badgered or cajoled us to sign up.
