Buying from watch direct has been a easy safe transaction for this watch. The Seiko Presage is a fantastic watch and it arrived quickly and well packaged.

Found the watch I was after on the website but I’m lucky enough to live nearby. Called ahead to confirm it was in stock, then went over. Staff were very pleasant, professional, and fast. Did the adjustments on the spot and I left a happy customer. Will be returning for my next watch.

I will not be using this company again, and would strongly advise others to avoid at all costs. Bought a watch, wore it as per normal, broke right away (approx 1 week). Watch Direct did everything possible to avoid any refund but offered to have me send it back (at my expense) then they would repair it and send it back. So basically, a poorly made watch breaks and im supposed to pay to fix it and no refund option available. As I said, avoid this company or shop at own risk.

Terrific Service and a great watch. Accidentally ordered the right watch but wrong band colour. I realised my error after a few hours and then sent off an email to ask if it was possible to change the order before dispatch. They replied very quickly that the exchange had been made and I still received the watch within 2 days of the initial order. 5 Gold Star service in my view. Many thanks.

Great service. Purchased Casio G-shock watch. Store was quick to respond and dispatch. Item arrived safely with Shriro Australia (Casio Official Service centre) Aussie warranty card inside. Genuine Casio. Thank you very much. I would like to add, the 3229 module has a recessed adjust (A) button. But with practice I find it still easy to use. It requires very little travel, therefore once you understand how it works I can trigger it quite easily. I just cut my nails and I can still press it. Also for those who didn't know (I didn't) the 3229 module's CT (Countdown Timer) has an Auto-repeat option. When in CT adjust mode, simply press (D) to turn Auto-repeat on and off. Now when you start the CT the countdown will restart itself over and over infinitely!

It's my first purchase from this store, and the price and overseas delivery were great.
