We bought a printer from Betta and could not get it to work. The amazing supportive team worked out how to connect to WIFI, nothing was to much trouble. We cannot thank them and the amazing service we received. We also bought a TV through them as well. The staff are so ready to help and find the product that suits your needs. We recently did a refit on our kitchen and brought all our appliances from Betta. We deal with Crystal pre and post-sales who demonstrated remarkable product knowledge and customer service skills. When we experienced a problem with our newly installed oven, she promptly arranged a service call with the product rep. After a month and no resolution, she went beyond our expectations to follow up the product rep, keeping us updated at all time until the issue was rectified. The customer service at Betta in Goulburn is second to none! While we didn't end up purchasing a product through them (long story as to why not - definitely not because of anything Betta did), I was blown away by just how all three staff members that I spoke with (Crystal and Will in particular) went above and beyond to help me and my family.
