I know that I might sound super fussy but I really am not a fan of trollies that you need a coin yo unlock. I get their purpose but who actually has a coin on them these days 🤷🏼‍♀️ This is a perfectly fine Woolies, nothing ground breaking. Super clean and tidy as you would expect for a new store. Parking is a bit tight up top, suggest heading to the underground parking

Modern, clean store. Low stock at times Staff prefer to stand and chat at the checkout rather than keeping an eye out for self service checkout, on another visit I had to wave one over when she finally looked up from her phone. Staff at the checkout wander around in a daze, it takes ages to get their attention. I asked for a price adjustment for an item that scanned at the wrong price and got an “ummm….ahhh…let me find someone for you..” whilst looking lost. Another staff member sent to check the price of the item told me it was $4:50 each - what exactly is the $2:50 in the picture referring to then? Honestly have given up and will just shop at coles - they adjust the item to free if scanned at the wrong price and the staff are friendly and engaging. Management at this Woolies store seriously needs to be more on top of their incompetent staff. Half the time you’re stuck waiting whilst they wander up and down completely oblivious to other customers needing assistance, or slamming boxes down in the aisle like they’re at a gym

A typical Woolworths store in size and variety of stock. Some of the produce did not look as fresh as it might have. Plenty of parking beneath. Giant Dan Murphy's next door and one cafe immediately outside. I feel the competition across the road is probably too strong.

A typical Woolworth store but with exceptionally poor service. Staff here a lazy and just can't be bothered helping. I went to the delicatessen an hour before it closed and they told me they couldn't give me any slice meat because that cleaned the slicing machine. What a pathetic disgraceful level of customer service. Firstly you're open for business You should be carrying on with your business and even having clean slicing machines myself before it takes about 5 minutes if you had to do a quick couple of lots of slicing. When I complained to the supervisor she was as bad as the staff when they said they'd cleaned the machine she was oh well. These people forget they wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for customers and I certainly would not recommend this store to anybody the customer service here is appalling

Wanted Xmas ham and mince pies. Only had a few hams on shelf. Never seen so little ham in Woolies at Xmas, and no mince pies.

I personally would have hoped for the new modern extras you see now days at modern Coles or Woolies, like a coffee bar, sushi bar, scoop mix, etc, but it kinda is just a regular old Woolies with a fresh paint job. I'm disappointed also by how narrow the aisles are and the trolleys are coin operated and annoying.

I don't shop at major supermarkets anymore. I'm sick and tired of their price increases. The ever shrinking package sizes of items. And the continuous phasing out of quality products being substituted by their own generic brands sourced from third world countries. And then to top it off, l gotta scan and pack all my shopping and get no discount for taking the place of employees who would be entitled to all of the rights of the Australian employees award. This is a modern form of slavery where we do all the work and then pay them! I stand up for human rights and boycott supermarkets at least once a month. I shop at independent retailers.

I bought milk at Kirrawee Woolworths this morning.  When I got home, I found that the Milk Expire Date was until October 4th and the milk was spoiled.  I went back to Woolworths to exchange it, but the young woman employee said that refrigerated goods cannot be exchanged.  It is said that Woolworths policy is not to exchange refrigerated items.  I would like to ask whether it is right to display it in stores without checking the date.  I never want to shop at Kirrawee Woolworths again.
