Recently purchased 3 Milano Slider Junior fans from Fans City, Moore Park. We had them custom made to order with brushed steel fixtures and poles. Wow!! I have always bought my ceiling fans from fan city. Two in my apartment, and recently 2 for my elderly mothers home. The Milano Slider Nova Full Moon is an excellent product. Mainly because it’s SILENT, light with dimmer, remote etc. looks awesome. I don’t understand why people buy cheap ceiling fans. BTW fans city delivered to mums place in Adelaide for free via TNT. Highly recommended fans and service.

We bought two Milano fans from Fan City on Dowling Street in Sydney after researching extensively. We dealt with Arup who was efficient throughout the purchase process. As we were doing a renovation there was a delay in the fans being fitted. Once fitted we noticed that one fan made a strange braking noise when it was switched off. It’s easy to provide a good service when selling but the proof of a good business is in how they respond to a problem post purchase. Arup was absolutely fantastic. He responded to my email promptly, identified the problem after I sent him a recording of the sound and lined up a replacement part quickly. Great service.

In January 2022 we purchased two Milano Slider Junior fans with light walnut blades. One of our older fans (different brand and different company) has just died. Without hesitation, we have ordered a Milano Slider Nova Full Moon with a LED light as a replacement. Great products and Arup has been great to deal with. Customer service has been outstanding. Just bought my second Milano Slider Junior fan from Fans city in Waterloo. You pay a bit extra, but the fans look amazing. We have chosen to go with burnished brass, which looks great with out old style apartment. The fan is as silent as they come, and has a very solid feel to it. During installation, a rubber seal was damaged, Arup in the Waterloo store simply said to swig by and pick up a replacement from the store at no cost with no questions asked, very happy with this service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family
