A person could grow cobwebs waiting for food. The Petro is awesome but you'll get faster service at a full service restaurant vs Popeye's

This place is a joke. I have been here probably 20 times in the last month, and the drinks are always out. The only options are consistently, the sweetest tea on earth or unsweetened tea. On top of that it’s a truck stop so the prices are on par with extortion so I’d expect at least to have something to drink.

Make sure your chicken is thoroughly cooked & check your order for accuracy before you leave the counter. The shorter woman with short hair & glasses was nice (hence the 2 stars). The tall lady with glasses gets frustrated when you walk up to the counter, so just know that being polite to her won't do you any good. The drink machine was out of almost every drink & was poorly stocked (lids, straws, etc) & the counters needed to be wiped down in the worst way. I haven't been here in almost 5 years & was looking forward to the visit. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I can't say I'd come back.

Just a little more sauce would be nice but we love the chicken sandwiches

The Ghost Wings were perfect! I've been getting them weekly / bi-weekly and have no complaints. The customer service wasn't as friendly today as it has been in the past. I was greeted by an employee who looked liked he could have been on his lunch break as I entered the door; however, no one else was inside and still, there was no greeting/acknowledgment from the cashier nor the worker who handed me my food. This was unusual and not matching the slogan of "we serve with LOVE."

Man I got to tell ya, I had never been to a popeyes before the other day. A guy I work with at a school and announce football on radio with has told me for a long time that popeyes is good. Well, he ain't lying, it was deliciois!! If you ever go, you need to definitely have the red beans and rice!! You won't be disappointed.

The manager started fixing my sandwiches then stopped and picked up some boxes to them to the back, came back and proceeded making my sandwiches with the same gloves. Before all of this she was taking pork bacon and putting it in the oven then started buttering my bread. I stopped her and told her I can't eat pork. She asked if I wanted her to change her gloves. I mean like seriously are you asking me this. I explained to the cashier when dealing with food you should not touch none for items and proceeded making our food. That's how hair, germs, etc if transferred to our food causing us to be sick amongst other things. I'm currently at the truckstop sick from the biscuits. Had to be the biscuits because I waited till an hour ago to eat them. 😩 That is my favorite Petro but I will never ever eat at that Popeyes again. Thought I was safe switching my order to chicken biscuits and fries.🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮

They sprinkled sauce on some old wings. Some barely had meat. 2 stars because BOGO (buy one get one) for a $1
