The customer service at this Nando's shop was extremely poor, and the staff members were rude. I had a terrible experience with my friend. Firstly, we were not welcomed by a lady who appeared to be overweight, had short curly hair, and behaved in a savage manner. Secondly, she served us with disrespect, placing our order on the table in a rude manner. We had to wait an excessive amount of time for our order, which turned out to be incorrect. Additionally, she approached our table and wrongly assumed that we were speaking ill of her, even though her behavior was inappropriate. Despite being a regular customer for the past two years, I was shocked to encounter such rudeness from the supposed manager of this establishment.

Just got a takeaway from Caperdown branch. Got home and realised its missing half a chicken. Tried to call many times and the call never goes through. A recorded message tells you to use the app. Absolutely ridiculous. So when they mess up like this, how can you reach them? Do I have to drive the whole way back after work? Definitely not recommended.

Food is ok, but service is not so much. 1.Sales person force you to sit where she wants and order from the table and not from the counter. 2. There was a handicaped child running around non stop. Its very annoying. I think in these instances staff should ask the mother to restrain their child and stop disturbing the customers and stop opening the front door non stop. 3. The sink to wash hands is made next to the utensils table. Its not hieginic and weird that you wash you hands outside of toilet.

Outstanding Nando's the Manageress is first class. The restaurant is spotless and all patrons are treated so well

Super cozy place to dine in good atmosphere, staffs were very helpful, now much people outside lunch and dinner time. Perfect place to dine if you around the area. Food is perfect as expected from Nando's. Definitely will come back for some more peri peri chicken and peri peri chips

Depending on the day you go, you’ll get mixed experiences. I’m just posting this pic up coz it’s one of the best chickens I’ve had there in a while. Kudos to who ever made it at 7pm on July 14 2023, you should always be making it!!!!!

Been to this place several times, and it's always been great food and service. Yesterday 12/10/2023 was no good. Took a while to get my food. Served cold chips. Asked for the key to men's toilet and was rudely interrupted by staff. Then was told toilet is occupied and go wait near the toilet door. Waited for several minutes and then the same lady appeared with the key, and asked me to return it to the front desk.

Ordered from this Nandos many times and going progressively downhill. This will be the last order I make, this is a poor excuse for a chicken and Halloumi pita. Didnt even fill half of the pita. Very disappointed

Food is hot and fresh. Service is quick. The restaurant is nice and clean.

I had the Avacado chicken wrap, incredibly tasty! 😋. But I must say, the bread for the sandwich was served stone cold 🥶 It would have been perfect if it was laid out on the grill and warmed up a little.

They're always good they're pleasant and quick and very friendly. For chicken shop franchise they are surprisingly good. Vegan options are great too. If something is no good I'm the first rip into it I can't rip into these guys. Enough said. Enjoy

Burger constructed cold ! Stale bun! Unseasoned oily chips ! Have come here for years & now it’s below average . I assume new ownership has happened. Will never return !

The staff here is friendly unlike other Nando’s outlets. I had never tried the Veggie Patty in the Pita Bread - Tasted really good and much better than the wraps and burgers! We also tried the Garlic Bread, Hummus and Pita, Halloumi sticks for the first time from here and didn’t regret at all! Surely visiting this outlet again🤌🏻

Sonya, the manager is super friendly and provides exceptional customer service. I can confidently say it was best customer service I received in my life. Sonya always greets customers with smiles and engages conversations and ensures every customer is happy with food and services. Food is presented nicely, hot and delicious. Nando's also supports community and nurses and provides promotions for health care workers.

There is parking outside which is really good. The staff was good. Food and seating is also quite cozy and comfortable. Overall a very positive experience

We came into the restaurant at 9.15 and ordered our food and got the food served at around 9.35 pm. The server came to us multiple times a minute before 10 pm and at 10 pm saying that he’s sorry and they’re closing at 10 pm. A couple of us were still eating and had some food left on the table, however, the servers were just in a hurry and wanted us to leave immediately. Did not feel warm and welcomed at the restaurant at all.

Got serviced by Sonja. Best service yet. She was so helpful. The ladies in kitchen killed. Best chicken I've had in ages, got my order exactly how i asked for. Everyone was so friendly and caring. so good to be reminded on how a great customer service felt.

Restaurant doesn’t ACCEPT CASH ANYMORE, and has that silly scan and order at your table menu service. Sorry Nando’s but you can’t charge premium rates and provide cheap service. Also this place is quite understaffed, last time I went there was just one poor lady looking after the whole place!

The customer service before going to the QR codes was amazing, really friendly people. Now they have cut down on staff and require you to use the QR system to order. Both times trying to use it and it failed, huge waste of time. The food was great, just sort out your QR system.

Gee I like this place. Yeah, it's a take away chain store, but the lay out of this place is pretty good. It's a Nando's oasis off busy Parramatta Rd. That the staff were friendly, helpful and hard-working, the chicken breast moist, the music Mozambican and the hot sauce... it's why you eat at Nando's, just made it all better.

Very nice place for family and friends meets.. Good always 1 Class, Specialty Family's Shared meal.. & appreciate for the team very last hour support..
