Plenty of parking, good variety in food court, there is a Coles, Woolworths, Hoyts and most of the chain stores are there including Rebel, Sportcraft etc. There is a Myers, Kmart and Target as well. Easy to navigate shopping centre as it’s one long straight, stores in either side and just 2 levels. Free two hour parking with multiple entrances to the centre.

Don’t come here to get your car washed…. Not the car washes fault they were super busy and didn’t turn away clients and quoted within 45 mins of finishing however I rang centre management and after a explanation of why I was overtime on my parking was begrudgingly given an hours grace!how about you guys do a better job here with all the extra parking money your scamming off clients and get a team of security like you used to to control the gangs of kids roaming and causing havoc, or the idiots with dog baskets bed and dog in food shopping trolleys!!! Scooters, football games etc!!! It’s an accident waiting to happen! Never come here much now ! And will cut down and look for more shopper friendly venues.

This is a great Westfield, not too big where you get lost like Bondi. Not to small, where you still have to find a store somewhere else at another location. It has large coles, large Woolworths, Aldi, Big W, Kmart, Target, Myer and over a 150 specialty stores, my personal favorite one being Bakers Delight. Along with a great food hall section with plenty of seating kept wonderfully clean by a great and efficient team. There all the usual stores you may expect such as KFC, McDonald’s,Subway, a great fish and chips with assorted salads and plenty of takeaway Chinese and Thai food which all look delicious. There’s also a restaurant district, which sounds a little more exciting than it actually is, we usually seek out a restaurant as it’s nice to sit and relax and be served, but if you like Burgers and Ribs, Bondi Pizza, Mad Mex, chicken or Indian then there’s something here for you. Also in this well sign posted mall is a Hoyts cinema and all this within reasonable walking distances and all along one main large long rectangular 3 to 4 story mall. Quite nice really and always a pleasure to shop here, except for finding a parking spot. The parking is convoluted which should be resolved by putting in a new 8 level parking station.

Whilom, as I roamed the corridors of Eastgardens Westfield, I was struck by the wonder of this grand edifice. The walls were adorned with silken banners and the floors were paved with shining tiles, and the entire space was filled with a cacophony of sounds and smells. There were merchants of all kinds, hawking their wares in loud and lively voices. There were stalls selling spices and perfumes, and apothecaries selling strange concoctions and remedies. There were haberdashers with bolts of cloth and finery, and even merchants of exotic beasts and fowl. But it was not just the array of goods that drew me in. It was the spirit of adventure that seemed to permeate the very air. The bustle of people and the chorus of sounds created a sense of excitement and anticipation, as if anything was possible in this wondrous place. And yet, amidst the chaos, there was also a sense of order and structure. The merchants were arranged in neat rows, each with their own designated space. The aisles were clearly marked, and signs hung above to guide the way. As I wandered through the halls, I felt a sense of kinship with the other pilgrims who had journeyed to this great market. We were all seekers, each with our own quest to fulfill. And though our paths may diverge, we were bound together by the shared experience of this magnificent place. In the end, I left Eastgardens Westfield with a sense of awe and wonder, as if I had just returned from a pilgrimage to a sacred site. It is a place that embodies the spirit of adventure and discovery, and one that I shall return to again and again in the future. (Edit) Reply to Jack Oh, dearest Jack, thy words have filled me with joy, Like sweet nectar to my soul they did deploy. Thou art a wordsmith of great skill and grace, Mayhap thou shouldst consider a career in the race. As for my favorite shops, oh where do I start? Zara and H&M hath stolen my heart, With their trendy clothes and accessories so fair, I could spend hours and hours just browsing there. And let us not forget the food court, my dear, With so many options, I was in the clear, From burgers to sushi, all so delicious, I could feast for days, without feeling malicious. Thank thee again for thy kind reply, 'Twas a delight to read and made me fly, I look forward to my next visit with glee, And hope that Westfield Eastgardens shall always be, A place of wonder, joy, and shopping galore, A destination that I shall forever adore.

One of the worst aspects of this particular Westfield is the lifts being at opposite ends of the building, and it’s so terribly signposted that when the escalators in the centre are out (like today), it’s not only an awfully long walk (try it with kids in tow!) and you end up outside on one of the levels before having to traverse traffic to come back in!

Great shopping centre with great selection of stores. Bus or taxi to the front door, motorised scooters available for use if required. Medical Centre, movie theatre and specially shops make shopping here easy.

This is a good mall with decent stores that are not too high end but those that are more reasonably priced. Lots of parking available but also accessible by public transport (bus). Wide selection of stores as well as food options. The best is that there are a couple of kids play areas (Kids Playworld) on the 3F and 1F for children up to the age of 6. It’s an indoor, socks only, type of playground where kids can climb, explore, and slide down. Great fun for a rainy day.

The mall is a bit outdated and parking is very confusing but the retail shops are in the affordable range, which makes you feel less 'intimitaded' to shop, unlike the other Westfield shopping malls like in Bondi Junction and Chatswood.

Big, multilevel mall. Has shopping outlets, medical center, including a bank (Comm bank). The mall is kept clean and has got wheelchair access.

Has large store of Coles, which sells authentic and gourmet cheese. All type of cuisine available. Does not have stores like Temt, Valley Girl and Ally. Common fast food chains are available. Currently Kmart doesn't have more stock of things available. Quit disappointing.

Always a good place to shop with a great range of shops from delicious eateries, supermarkets, homeware, beauticians, fashion and much more. Convenient located in the Eastern Suburbs hub and easy to get to via car or bus. There is ample carparking on different levels with easy access from the carpark to the main shopping areas. The bus stop is basically at the door of the centre.

This Westfield has every type of store; including fashion, home decor, food stores, restaurants, toy stores etc.Everything is great about it, except how if you park your car for more than 3 hours you have to pay.

Nice and friendly atmosphere but wish it was bigger like in Parramatta or Miranda. Something is lacking at Eastgardens but I think they should at least offer some events, sales or special events to attract some more business, more people.! I've lived in Parramatta and Caringbah and visited all Westfield's and Eastgardens is the smallest with the least amount of variety of stores n choices.... Just my opinion!

  • 1/5 K. N. 3 years ago on Google
No social distancing what soever. No security in food courts counting guests sitting down! People were using the taped off tables because no one was there to enforce them not to. I DIDNT EVEN SEE A CLEANER IN THE ENTIRE FOOD COURT! !! This is by far the worst maintained Westfield's. STAY AWAY IF YOUR HIGH RISK!

Good shopping experience, the car parking hard to follow for first timers. Not a fan of the confusion. Clearer colour codes & level Id's would help. Here's an idea, use animal id's on levels less likely to forget where you parked.

As I'm staying in Coogee for the next three months visiting family, looks like this will be my go-to Shopping Centre for the stay. Plenty of big stores, plus a range of smaller shops with no shortage of places to either just sit and have a coffee, or even a full blown meal. Oh, and if you don't actually have toddlers in your vehicle, please don't be totally ignorant and take up a parking space for someone who has..

It's not a particularly big Westfield, and when you go there every week it kinda feels a bit same-same. But it's convenient if you live in the area (more so that Bondi Junction), parking is usually not an issue, and it has everything you need for your regular shopping.

Very good shopping Center busy but you always find car parking a lot of shops you can choose from Forget to mention the rude security stuff as I was there yesterday he looked the gate on the escalator I ask him how I’m going to access to to my car as you locked the level and he said it’s not my problem wow what an answer?!!!

10/10 shopping centre. Very big, different levels, tons of stores and a good food court. This review is for anyone new to Sydney/Maroubra, everyone in the area already knows how good this place is.

Absolutely shocking that the escalators have been out for weeks, it has been going on for years too, on and off An older lady in front of me was struggling to walk up on it, but you had security on each levels of the escalators, from bottom to top Surely you can afford getting OTIS to come fix it , as I’m pretty sure your tenants pay some significant rent!!! 1 star is actually one too many

Hadn't been for quite a number of years, but was ok for parking, seems a lot of bikes like to park in car spots. Food court was busy, but we still got seating for 4. My kebab wasn't that good, the meat was under cooked to my liking.

The Westfield itself is great. Good amount of shops without being too “over done”. The escalators however are ALWAYS broken. Becomes a real nightmare with a shopping trolley and one useable lift at opposite ends of centre. When it’s busy the que for the lift can be 20 people deep… makes the whole experience pretty unbearable.

  • 3/5 Sylvia L. 1 year ago on Google
It is conveniently located one-stop shopping complex from shopping to entertainment, with plenty of parking. It offers coffee shops, a variety of eateries plus a fish place for the tired shoppers to take a break or have a meal after the shopping. Although the management has been upgrading the complex from time to time, the whole complex looks and feels tired.

  • 5/5 KM A. 1 year ago on Google
This is my go to Westfield. It's not as big as other Westfields that are so big you get lost in but big enough that you have a lot to see and do. Having a Hoyts Cinema in it is a big bonus for me. I LOVE their comfy recliner seats.

  • 2/5 Marco C. 1 year ago on Google
To name a few: No Zara, Uniqlo, JD Sports or many other mid to high end retailers that every other Westfield has in Sydney. It's been renovated but offers nothing for men to purchase, parking is a nightmare and with the influx of apartments and extra foot traffic Woolies & Coles is out of stock or so crowded the aisles are like playing Tetris! Centre has SO much potential!

Sat 3-Dec-2022. I've been occasionally passing by this mall for the last 5 years. It's decently close by bicycle, you can enter and exit the car park relatively easy if you go in via the round about area, and also quick to find a place to park. I know of bike racks near the bus zone, near the west entrance. I've used tens of times to lock my bike and never had issues, there are only a few (that I know of) (a few more would be great) but I never had trouble finding one. The mall looks modern, clean, tidy and spacious. I recommend it.

Visited for a few hours today to browse the shops. Staff in all the shops were pleasant and helpful when required. Had lunch at Ribs and Burgers. My chicken bowl was really nice, not too heavy. Staff were extremely helpful. I had never been there before so they answered questions about the menu so I could make an informed choice.

Parking in a Westfield is always a challenge. Parking on one level to another is always a mission to get around. Especially when you have to leave, having to contend with people and cars. There quite a number of stores there as you would expect. It is catered for the area and people so there are brands there you won't be able to find. Even the product are different. If you go there to watch a movie, buy presents or even do grocery, it good enough. You would not spend more then 3 hours there on shopping as you could walk the centre in 30-45 mins, buy what you need and leave. You are better of spending the rest of the time doing something else.

Never been to this westfield never parked there but got charged $50 parking fee through the westfield plus app on the 10/02. Someone there misread a car number plate to mine which was linked to my credit card on the app. I contacted this westfield through the app on the weekend and was told that I would get my refund in 7-10 business days by their service supervisor S Raj. It has been over 2 weeks and I just contacted this service supervisor again to be told to wait another 7-10 business days or even longer as they have alot of refunds to process. This is not right. You guys were very quick to charge $50 fee from my credit card which is quite high for parking without checking the number plate properly. And now you are telling me to wait close to a month to get my refund. Process my refund ASAP like how you charged my card.

This shopping centre always amazes me as it’s always pa led with different kinds of shops Heaps of cuisines from different countries And most importantly how the prices are so good! I always find myself going here as it doesn’t disappoints. Anything that you need they will most likely have it! They have heaps of Fresh Produce and Bakery’s which I personally love. From experience this Shopping Centre has been great for me and my family.

The mall offers a wide selection of stores and dining options, making it a convenient place to shop and eat. The atmosphere is generally pleasant, but it can get crowded during peak hours. It's a good place for shopping, but there's room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and overall organization.

Do the workers not have a designated lunch room? I saw four people walk into the parents room in one visit. Taking up seats and facilities of parents trying to feed there children during peak lunch hour.

My rating is based purely on my experience with the incredible service and professionalism of Ash from Commonwealth Bank. His kindness and optimism, coupled with his expertise in lending and refinancing - an area that can be quite confronting and confusing, was met with thorough explanation and clarity. I refinanced my home loan this week, within two days of explaining my needs to Ash and applying (which would have been one day had I got the paperwork I needed to provide to him sooner!) My initial encounter with Ash was months prior to this and was met with enthusiasm and support. I took some time to reassess my situation and when I reconnected with Ash, that same level of support and enthusiasm was still there, A welcome and refreshing change to the usual service I have recieved with other professionals in this industry. I couldn't believe how swift and stress-free this process was! If you're looking to refinance or need home lending advice, look no further. I highly recommend Ash and his team at the Commonwealth Bank.

Today we had a very bad experience with westfield security while we were going to Woolworths after finish our shopping at coles. We used the escalator near Kmart. We noticed the escalator coming down is not working however the one is going up is working. While we were close to the very top, we noticed the exit is locked and the security & a worker (may be cleaner) told us that the exit is already closed and we need to go down. Which doesn’t make sense when we cannot go down. They also told us that we need to see at top before we step on the escalator which is very rude advice. We suggest stop both escalators before lock the exit/entrance. We also suggest train your staffs how to communicate with the shoppers. Thank you.

You can found here every things that you need! I prefer this one more than the one on Bondi Junction because my teen boys can found all brands that they like in the same place (JD Sport, Foot lockers, Platypus, Hype, Surf Dive 'n' ski).

A great shopping centre in the Eastern suburb. They got all the big brands there like Myer, Target, Kmart, BigW, Nike, Cotton On, Kathmandu almost everything. The only shop we need here is H&M. Then it will be 10/10.

A good sized shopping centre with a great range of shops, restaurants and a cinema. Transport was easy I ubered there and bused back to hotel in Randwick.

So many new shops popping up but it's the same type of shops. We need a post office at Eastgardens. Why should we be expected to go all the way to Hillsdale post office and Pacific square post office. It's quite ridiculous

It’s a pity about parking rates. 3 hours free when you have lunch doesn’t leave long enough for shopping. Today I went over the 3 hours so for 1 hour extra I’m charged $9. And leaving without finishing my shopping. I’d probably spend more if I wasn’t so rushed to avoid parking charges. Was a time when members got an extra hour free, obviously not looking to encourage shopping more about rushing customers out. Seems a stupid strategy.

🫤 Too many many levels and way too many pompous upperclass shops that normal people wouldn’t shop at. I did appreciate the Xmas decorations and the various places to sit. However at 9:45am in the morning there was next to no shops open which was very disappointing
