    No app update. No notification food was delivered. When found covered in ants. No sauce on the BBQ meatlovers and godfather. Ditched 4 pizzas. Poor. Very poor.

    $18.95 for a loaded supreme. No load no taste. Waste of money, never again. Service was good. Pizza yuck.

    Used to be ok for a late night order but not any more! Loaded pepperoni certainly not loaded as you can see and burnt. Crispy duck seemed to be missing in action completely, virtually none in it, literally none on most slices… very poor, very undercooked and doughy, no flavour whatsoever… just terrible!

    Has to be the worst Dominos shop ever in Sydney. Not sure what is going on. Tried ordering a few weeks back - said they don't deliver. Prior to that, the last order i got was an extra hour to deliver my order. Then I tried my luck again tonite online - order wouldn't go through - said for me to ring and find out, Rang the number on Google page, no answer. These guys are done & dusted. Forget ordering from them ever again.

    The online ordering is very easy. Discount voucher accepted. Estimated pickup time was spot on! Pizzas, garlic bread and chocolate lava cake were hot, fresh and delicious. The customer service is always friendly.

    bruh i had to wait like two hours for one pizza. and it was on a weekday so like it should be less busy right? all would have been good if they just told me it would be that long a wait but they told me TEN MINUTES.

    Just wanted the $5.00 pepperoni pizza to take home, it was $6.95. Got to the car, driving, my boy found triangles with no Pepperoni on them. Worst out of any Dominoes and we order about once a week.

    I ordered a pizza and the app showed would be delivered 8:30pm. I called to the place and a person told me would take more 20 minutes. After 30 minutes waiting I had to cancel my order. Terrible service! I already sent a feedback in the website.

    Ordered tonight on the app for delivery. I was tracking the driver and they were on the street behind, and the app told me the order was delivered. Checked outside, no order. Rang the restaurant, told me that it was being delivered and the order wasn’t complete, despite what the app said. I’m sick at the moment with an infection (I said I was sick in the order notes) and chose contactless due to this. Pizza’s delivered, wrong order entirely. (And still rung the doorbell, despite contactless) Bring it inside, call the restaurant again and told them about the issue. Then I get another ring at the doorbell and it’s the delivery driver with my actual order. (Which looked like it had been run over by a train, and I had to actually answer the door and speak to him) The driver asked for the wrong pizza order back, which I think was disgusting, considering he more than likely read the delivery notes as I was sick. The lady on the phone checked with her manager and told me to hand the pizza over to be delivered to the correct house! So foul. If I was that person and didn’t know that my pizza order had been in another persons house and opened by someone who was sick, I’d be appalled. Literally the worst experience ever, don’t even bother wasting your time ordering from here. (And sorry to the poor person who received that order)🤢🤮

    Zuhair was amazing and the most fantastic bloke in the store, he went above and beyond and I am forcer grateful for what he has done for me. I wish him the best of luck in his future and he was an absolute top bloke. I will 110% be coming just because Zuhair's exceptional customer service.

    Initially ordered at 7.20pm for pick Divided 20/25 min Turned up one pizza missing Wasn’t to impressed He apologised Things happen Was going to let it go my son wasn’t having it Rang them as I was driving home re ordered the pizza 35 min later get a call from driver he is outside. Walk downstairs he isn’t there Call him back he is at the wrong address Ring back store They questioned if I ordered from another store Short version 2 hours 3in later it arrives

    Service really slow I ordered pepperoni pizza for 830pm says it ready but still in oven. TEN Staff just standing at the counter not doing anything. I understand there's a complaint on the phone happening other staff to stand around and not serve customer is unacceptable. My pizza should be already done not wait more and more. 25 MINUTES AFTER 830PM IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

    Maaaan has this domino's gone down hill. I used to work here years ago when the old owners owned it. They took pride in their food and it showed because it was really good. They sold the business to some new owners a few years back from what I heard and since then the food has been average at best. I've had some decent pizzas from them, and some less than ideal. However, tonight I ordered 2 pizzas which were both undercooked and as bland as burkes backyard. All I could taste was the doughy undercooked pastry with some horrible sweet BBQ sauce on the top. The hawaiian had about 4 pieces of ham and was smothered with cheese (which I couldn't taste). Won't be back for a long time lol. The recent influx of 1 star reviews should make the new owners wake up.

    Food is hot when delivered & delivery is usually quick. This store accepts most coupon codes eg frugal feeds whereas other dominos stores do not.

    Ordered a gf base, loaded pepperoni. Got it back to the car, opened the box and found the normal paltry scattering of sausage screaming for help as it drowned six inches of molten mozzarella. Ate it because I was famished, but I'd suggest making your order crystal clear might pay off.

    The worst fast food, don’t even recommend to anyone who’s thinking to buy of them always take more then 1.5 hours just to drop of 3 pizzas and the tracker dosent even work neither do yous pick up the phone.

    The pizzas were fine once they arrived. We ordered 12 pizzas well in advance to have them delivered at 6:45pm. At 7:05pm I called the store only to be told that the pizzas were another 40 minutes away. I had guests waiting for dinner at a training club Christmas party at that point. I was told they could expedite delivery to have the pizzas arrive at 7:30pm. At 7:35pm I placed another call to understand what the status was for the order and was told they were only just cooking. I asked to speak to the manager who offered to provide a full refund. I accepted the offer for a refund and explained to the manager that the idea scenario was for his business to be paid and for our order to arrive in accordance with the agreed delivery time. Businesses have done it very tough recently and should be capitalizing on increased demand over Christmas and the holiday period. Disappointingly, the store has still not honoured the refund that was offered and agreed to with the manager.
