Worst 7/11, I have ever been to. The guy in the counter was very rude. I waited in an out of order pump for some time as there was a car parked. I thought someone went inside to make the payment, as it was taking longer than usual. I had a look at the pump closely and there were out of order tags facing towards the exit. When I told him about this, he said "that is alright". Strange reply and his body language was terrible.

Awful every time. Employees (I think they are owners) treat you like homeless if you go only to buy $1 coffee. Employee asked me why my change is not ready rudely when I was at cash register. This is the first time I am writing google review in 35 years because customer service at this store requires recognition.

Lady at the counter this morning was very rude. Even though I returned the empty LPG gas cylinder she still doubted me because she said she didn't see it being done (not my problem if she wasn't looking) This went on in front of several other customers who were in the queue to make payment which was very embarrassing for me. I told her to go and check the gas cylinder bin if she didn't want to take my word but she rudely replied that she didn't have time (again, not my problem) We always fill up our cars weekly and purchase LPG gas or coffee there but will not do so any longer. Learn how to treat ALL customers with respect!

Staff is not that friendly depending on their mood. Make sure you enter the card pin correctly, otherwise they get angry and rude. This happened to me once and guy was rude and said no change ( btw I saw lot of notes in the cash register ) rushing to complete my transaction. Can't blame the poor guys work at night but just a simple customer service would make this place better. There are few better places around anyway...

Terrible experience. Indian lady over the counter is so rude and lazy. Any free offers via the app, the staff removes those products off the shelf on the day and hide them. Magically appears next day. Petrol quantities always are incorrect and hence the low price. Stay away!

They will charge you twice be careful. On 5t of Jan 22 about 10:20 pm they charged me twice. When I checked my bank account few minutes later I went back and asked why he charged me twice he one of the transaction will be cancelled over time. Transaction was just over $94 each. I have contacted seven eleven customers service via email still waiting for their reply.

Fuel prices here are always the best. I drive a Turbo '96 Skyline and this is the only place i've never had any issues with the quality of the fuel. Front driveway to get in and out is awesome for lowered cars. They generally have the best deals on food and drink as well.

This post is for the car wash at this place. I used the car wash on 24Jan2022 and is not working properly. Have reported the same to the guy at work. Will update the review if it is repaired since I have 2 coupons 😩

I always fill up here on the way to my partners house. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Their slushies are fantastic too. I buy firewood here in winter. Overall a pleasant experience.

Owner’s are very rude. Seriously they don’t know how to communicate with customers .
