Overall:
Good
little
beach,
with
nice
sheltered
bay,
meaning
minimal
waves.
Water
is
usually
relatively
clear.
Vibe:
Very
respectful
crowd
that
I've
always
felt
safe
around.
Small
warning:
A
few
blue
bottles
were
in
the
water
and
many
more
washed
up
on
the
beach
on
my
last
visit.
At
high
tide,
sand
masses
(for
putting
your
towel
down
and
sun
bathing
etc)
are
limited,
be
prepared
to
climb
rocks
to
keep
dry
or
hang
your
gear
up
on
branches
etc.
Popularity:
Does
get
fairly
busy
on
the
weekends
and
attracts
a
decent,
albeit
friendly
judge
free
crowd
in
summer
in
the
late
afternoons.
Facilities
&
location:
It's
about
a
15
minutes
walk
from
the
car
parking
area
and
you
go
through
the
Conwong
beach
first,
to
get
there.
There
are
also
buses
that
frequent
the
area.
Car
parking
area
has
week
maintained
toilets
nearby
and
an
array
of
little
cafes
and
restaurants
to
dine
at.
