We had a very bad experience with the lifts and parking tickets. Not enough lifts for the customers with prams and trolleys. Super inconvenient to navigate between levels with pram with only a single lift taking you between top and bottom levels with massive trolley pram queues. We rushed our shopping to manage to finish our shopping early enough to go to the parking but we had to wait a long time to get to the lifts (one out of order). Also need to go through two lifts to get to parking from Kmart. By the time we were at the exit we had to pay $6 for 2 minutes delayed which was completely the lack of facilities issue in the shopping center. Prefer to use Broadway shopping Centre or Marrickville Metro for our next shopping

I’d like to say your Security team at at the shopping mall is one of the best I’ve witnessed at any mall that I’ve attended. Just yesterday I noticed paramedics were there attending to a man on the stretcher and to see how the security team sectioned off and secured the area was amazing to watch. They appeared very vigilant, observant and professional. Please commend these guys for good job well done in making patrons feel safe. Great Work!! Great teamwork!! Great team!!

Great shopping centre but way too busy and parking is a huge issue. Well renovated and presented the centre had it all. Main anchor stores include Coles Woolworths Aldi Great shopping but be prepared for crowds all time if the year round Get there by bus train or car.

Really needs to be updated its WAY PAST it's use by date and its very difficult to navigate and enjoy any kind of shopping experience parking is horrendous! There are lots of people who can not drive or park, so it gets very irritating in a very short time!

A huge Westfield with an abundance of different stores, there is something for everyone. Whether you are looking for food, clothing, electronics or just general household items this is an amazing place to shop. There is plenty of parking in and around the Westfield and you will never struggle to find a good spot. The food court has tonnes of different cuisines from different countries which keeps every meal fresh. The location being so close to a train station is also a huge plus and you can always pop in and grab something before catching your train. This Westfield is extremely solid and is my go to place whenever I need to shop or I want to get something to eat.

One of the worst carparks ever. Trolleys everywhere, confusing lanes and not enough parking space, you could easily loop around for up to an hour just waiting for a spot. The mall itself is ok with a lot of variety and plenty of eateries on the outskirts of the centre.

Would not recommend kmart at Westfield hurstville. You walk in. Can't find what your looking for, find a staff member who says "sorry I can't help you its not my department" find another who tries to "look" for 5 mind before saying i cant help sorry n9t my department and the person whos department it is didn't come in. Not happy!!

This shopping centre is horrific if you need to use a trolley! One functioning lift to access the car parks meant a 35 minute wait and being crushed into a small space with other trolley users and people too lazy to walk to the escalator that wedged themselves in between… recipe for trolley rage and a COVID outbreak 😪 Never again.

I like this big mall and come every week. Today I forgot my pram somewhere, but friendly staff and security found it and returned to me, very happy with their good service.

All my favourite shop are here. Love the food court. So many yammy foods . What make it unique is rooftop dining area and event cinema . Separate Parking available for event cinema and 3 hours free parking for shopper's. There is two entrance for parking if you like to go event cinema parking better take left side entrance and drive all the way up to rooftop.

A bit busy due to Christmas but still managed to park relatively easily. It's a large centre with pretty much everything one would expect. Some great places for dining also.

Overall Westfield is good experience always but community centre staff who work today that is 14/10/2022 around 11am are worst, they insult me and my wife while document verification from JP without any reason. They are there for community help and customer service not for misbehaving with people. Never experience such badly without any reason.

I had fun and enjoyed my first ever visit to Westfield Hurstville. The way it is designed so cool while you shopping and moving from store to another you will he going upward without you feeling. Escalators and lefts are available around the shopping center. The center is well maintained and cleaned.

Avoid this shop (no shop name, Level 2, next to SHEIKE). Displayed a product with a large price tag in a conspicuous location on the shopfront glass window. When I went in to buy, the shopkeeper pointed to a higher price shown on the inside wall and refused to sell at the window price. Her excuse was that the window price was a “mistake”. I told her if it was a mistake, then the window price tag should be taken off at once to avoid misleading other people in the mall. She ignored and just walked away. When I passed by the shop some time later, the window price was still there, showing the shop had no intention of correcting the “mistake” and they just wanted to keep misleading other people in the mall. A shop with such selling practice falls short of what I would expect in a reputable shopping mall.

Was contacted within days of giving a 4 star review to ask what they could do better.. bumped to 5 star. Great effort Westfield concierge team!

Eh, it's quite nice, can be crowded at times, and is a bit more underwhelming compared to other Westfield's in Sydney. Though, it has all the essentials, but if you aren't a local, you probably will have a hard time localising yourself with the layout. Shouldn't be too much of an issue after a while though. I like the new addition of the Rooftop Dining restaurants, and they are quite nice, especially during the night.

All your needs being met under one roof. Many brands at the high, mid, and low ends. Happy to always visit T.K. Maxx, Big W , as well as the plenty of $1 stores :). A short distance from the main station in Hurstville. The food court is really crowded most of the days, however it could be cleaner and better organized

Convenient because it's closed to my house but such a chaos during the weekend (carpark is full after 11am - peak hours) the elevators are super crazy busy during lunch time on weekend but if you get there early like after 8am before 11am there is no problems. I like it that they have return and earn machine there.

Westfield Hurstville has a fair amount of shops, restaurants, and Events Cinema on the rooftop. However, toilets are not cleaned properly, they always have an unpleasant stench. Parking is not too bad, but trying to check/ pay at the ticket machine is a nightmare. The touch screen doesn’t work properly. Since Hurstville has many people, I feel like management needs to hire more staff to maintain the cleanliness of this Westfield.

5 level shopping centre with spiral design, there are actually 3/4 food courts,a small one at the very bottom where adam apples is. One on the intersection between level 2 and 3 where the spiral turns, one on level three where Kmart is and another in rooftop. The spread is pretty good and there’s 2 fried chicken stores opening soon (Korean , Taiwanese). There’s also a good spread of boba tea options. The toilets get disgusting by afternoon/ evening so I recommend avoiding them unless it’s morning or night.

One of the busiest Westfields I’ve ever been too. Try to avoid weekends if you can. Has most shops you would expect, except for Myer. Great little toddler playground on ground level near JB HIFi. During school holidays they have some cool things for kids like facepainting and balloon animals. The centre also has a great spiral design so if the lifts are taking ages and escalators aren’t an option for you, you can just keep walking around to get to the top.

Such a sublime Westfield shopping experience. My cousin Meg and I were assisted by a lad called Jack from the team. We are very unfamiliar with the area and he did a brilliant job in guiding us to our desired locations.

  • 4/5 Vinodhan G. 2 years ago on Google
Good variety of outlets and many eateries to choose from. There is no Myer here but plenty of clothing and variety stores including sports accessories. Parking is usually a challenge and might take some time to sort out.

Just parking and have a quick walk around. Have a very nice impression on the layout and setting, quite a new design too, different from the previous impression of old structure. Restroom properly maintained, and many new and brandy shops. Though food court is permanently closed, but it is understood for the exchange of space for other trendy shops. A worthy place to visit and will do so when more time is allowed.

It is a large shopping complex. It is located on the Forest Road exit from the train station It has lovely clothes, all family needs, such as electrical, technology and a food area. It also has hairdressers and an area where parents can relax with their children, located off the food court.

that lift of destruction to the joys of xmas shopping you know if you been there the dark ally of doom on the mid floor where the lift by pass or arrived full. you have a full trolley with heavy items and wonder why!? it’s a 10-20 min journey. I was with my very frail father there just before CoVid and waited at that lift for ages until he gave up and walked nearly to pass out point to where we parked. until he passed away he refuse dto go to Hurstville Westfield again. I took my mum with broken arm there last weekend and we tried to use the lift and end up gave up and carry the shopping and walked. i guess she also learned her lessons there. I got caught twice and second time is shame on me. I hope you don’t get stuck like I did… twice over 3 years

Very difficult to find a parking spot and not suited to today's modern car. Very little network coverage unless you're with Optus or you join their free WiFi network and get spammed with promotions. Lift doesn't go to level 2 outside kmart. Very impractical design and layout for a national branded shopping centre.

We like this Westfield because it has a lot of shops, good restaurants, but I didn’t give five stars because access with prams and wheelchairs across the shopping centre is a bit tricky and if you go to the cinema even more. And parents room has no toilet for babies and a man’s toilet was dirty, even if there were cleaners, it was tricky to have the boy changed after he was done

Shops are good, plenty of parking if you are not obsessed with the ones closest to the shop entries. BUT the internal circulation is so confusing. Hard to locate where I'm at. Need more sign

Westfield at Hurstville is an excellent shopping centre that offers a premium shopping experience. The mall has a wide variety of stores, from high-end fashion brands to popular department stores and supermarkets. The mall is spacious and well-designed, making it easy to navigate, with plenty of seating areas and restrooms. The food court offers a fantastic selection of cuisines, from fast food to sit-down restaurants, with options for all dietary requirements. The mall is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The ample parking and convenient location make it an easy choice for a shopping trip. Overall, Westfield at Hurstville is a fantastic destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Quick in and out but can be very busy on weekends. I like to go early so I can beat the mad rush every hour. Has most stores available and food court is excellent providing many different choices in food.

  • 3/5 Jason L. 8 months ago on Google
Westfield Hurstville offers a good variety of shops with competitive prices, making it a convenient shopping destination. The mall layout is logical and caters to a range of shoppers. However, the presence of disruptive groups can sometimes detract from the overall shopping experience. While the facilities are adequate, a stronger security presence might enhance the ambiance and safety for all patrons.

A clean and accessible shopping center with lots of stores to satisfy every need. The center itself is a spiral wich is great for wondering from one level to the next. Getting in and out of parking can take a while sometimes.

  • 3/5 Mark B. 1 year ago on Google
Decent mall especially with the small rooftop restaurants. Still feels like it's missing something with no Myer or David Jones. Feels more like a Stockland or smaller suburban mall rather than a Westfield. Good to have both Kmart and Big W still.

  • 4/5 es L. 1 year ago on Google
Huge Westfield as usual with all the stores under one roof. Woolworths, Aldi, Coles and plenty of other fresh food sellers. Was a bit disappointed with their limited stores at the foodcourt. Members get free 4hr parking which is great.

  • 4/5 Chris 11 months ago on Google
Not a bad Westfield with most of the things you need it has both a Kmart and a Big W inside which is fantastic I just wish they had a Target too! A couple of stores have been replaced including the City Beach store which I use to visit occasionally as well as the great little Cafe that use to be out the front of Cotton on has closed down.

  • 4/5 Angela K. 9 months ago on Google
Easy and convenient shopping centre. Not too big so easily get from one level to another. A great selection of retailers and department stores. Would be nice to have a H&M or even Myer come back. Two food courts plus a rooftop dining with plenty of cuisines to choose from.

  • 4/5 Life 3 years ago on Google
Today, I have realized that some of the shops cannot be found on info search. I have talked with the staff there about one example which was "Optus" because I had to figure it out myself... The management should check that all shops are on the system to save our times finding a place. A large shopping centre, lots of shops for clothing, coffee, entertainment, medical services,.. etc
