I will not return to this Cafe! After living in Earlwood for 14 years I've sat in this Cafe many times over the years as it changed hands a few times. Today was the last time I will visit this cafe. The waitress seemed uninterested and got our order wrong. When it arrived, and we pointed out the error we said we would take the food item so as not to waste the food and inconvenience the kitchen. We also ordered salt and pepper squid which came with under cooked chips and for $24 we had a mere 7 small pieces of barley cooked squid. The greek salad had capsicum and a terrible bottle tasting italian based salad dressing - oh so wrong. We paid $75! for a terrible meal. When questioned on the price we discovered she had charged us for for meal she made the error with - It was $8 more than the item we ordered, and she refused to take the extra $8 off the bill. No care at all !! Rolling her eyes at us and shrugging her shoulders was an even greater insult. They will not succeed in Earlwood with this attitude. Shame, Shame, shame!

Great food, a lovely location. The menus were a bit dirty but that is just me being picky. I love the decor and how nice the cafe looks! If you go in the evening just watch out because every time I’ve come here there has been someone in an expensive car who has parked in the parking lot across the street and they just sit there with their high beams blasting into the faces of everyone eating here.

One of my favourite cafes in Earlwood. The big breakfast is the best ive tried. Amazing quality. Staff are so nice. Will never get over it.

Absolutely love this place. The food is amazing. Friendly staff. Really great service and lovely atmosphere. If you’re in the Earlwood area be sure to check this place out. I tried a lychee mock-tail and the chicken souvlaki. The quantity is really generous too. There was live music when I went there and that was a lovely addition.

Nice local Cafe. Sometimes, delicious, classic and specific items on the menu get altered which is a little bit unfortunate. Most of the time, staff are friendly. The food is good but quite overpriced. For example: $8 dollars for a small orange juice. Overall 7 out of 10

Poor service, slow food delivery, paltry portions, lukewarm coffee, worst cafe I have ever been to. I had to fetch my own menu, ask for water, which the waitress called a jug when it clearly had no handle & was a bottle…omg!

Fantastic cafe! Very easy if you need to park your car since there is always space in the car park at the front. Love the acai bowl. The European cafe atmosphere reminds me of many enjoyable holidays.

The barista who has black long hair is the worst/rudest waitress in town. The coffee is not better than other cafe, the attitude omg dont work in cafe if you dont want to see people. She never acknowledge customer, never smile. I went to the coffee shop across Coles they taste better and friendly. We dont want to see grumpiness in the morning. So bye. Hopefully you can take into consideration and check it yourself that the grumpiness atmosphere when you order coffee.

The food we got was ok. Coffee was good. The service was slow and when we asked for water it didn’t turn up. A smile would have been nice too. As someone else pointed out there are people smoking outside which is pretty grim when you’re trying to eat your breakfast.

Absolutely amazing customer service and the most delicious food I have had at a cafe. The new owner is such a lovely lady who goes out of her way to make sure the customers are happy. Also love the new menu must try it. Will definitely see you guys again.

Craved a good breakfast. Only one open nearby. Started with my habitual oat milk latte. Coffee may seem common, but the barista knew how to make a difference with my paritcular cup of joe. It was anything but common. Orderd the Fitness Bowl as per recommendation. Best breakfast meal I've had in some time. The black rice is the true kicker. Will obviously be returning soon.

Food was delicious, the French Toast was flavourful and not too sweet and the pecans were a nice addition. The cafe was very busy with all tables inside occupied however the food service was fast. The only negative to sitting outside was the staff allowing people to smoke on the outside tables.

I have been coming to this Cafe every single day for well over 10 years. The new owner has done so well! The staff are always so welcoming and attentive. The food is always fantastic the acai bowls are the nicest I have had! So generous and so tasty! Coffee is my absolute favourite thank you George Jo Ben and Hiam for always being so welcoming and so pleasant

This place has always been great. Good food and friendly, quick service. I can here recently and tried the buttermilk chicken burger for lunch and it was so delicious. Probably a bit too much mayonnaise in the coleslaw though, it was dripping everywhere, but so yummy. Well priced and easy location with an abundance of parking in the parking lot adjacent. Recently came back for a club sandwich and it was delicious, but the service was a bit lacking compared to usual, we had to call them over to take our order after waiting a while.

Been here a handful of times after frappe closed down and they still make the best grilled sandwiches in the area. Good coffee and great service too. Their famous club sandwich pops off (its so big too!) and the vegetarian is delicious too.

Nastasia redeemed the customer service this morning. She went out of her way to take my order even though she was busy on the coffee machine, whilst her colleague was too busy on her phone to even look up. Her colleague went and sat down to tend to her phone, which reading the room didn’t seem to be the most pressing situation. Nastasia and I were both quite perplexed and on my exit she apologised for her coworkers ‘customer service’.

My cousins and I decided to try Frappe for the first time as we wanted to have some coffee and chat. The outside seating as we entered was very nice and reminded me of Athens very much! As we entered we were a little taken startled by the person seating us as he my cousin was unaware you couldn’t just sit anywhere but considering the current circumstances with the virus it’s understandable. The waitress was very nice and our drinks came very quickly. The prices are satisfactory and our drinks were very enjoyable. The only suggestions I have are: the freddo cappuccino could be served in a slightly larger cup considering its price and it would be very nice to incorporate some Greek music in combination with the current playlist :) Overall, this is a good store to come with your friends or family, there’s a wide range of affordable drinks, its at an easily accessible location with parking/public transport and the general vibe is pretty nice. Would visit again ☕️😋

I visited the store this morning, Definitely one of the best coffee’s I’ve had. The barista was really friendly and welcoming aswell. Definitely understaffed though, the poor lady was on her own , running around trying to get everything done, and she still had a smile on her face. Thank you for making my morning!

This place needs a shake up. The barista is the most unapproachable person. Uses her hands to get the biscuits to place on takeaway coffees, even though there are tongs there. Never smiles. Places her hands over the spout where people drink their takeaway coffee from. The only wonderful person who works there is the young guy with short curly hair. He’s so customer service focused and friendly.

Me and my girlfriend visit this cafe today..it was so bad experience. We are going once every week but today was unbelievable. The girl who took our order definitely didn't know what she's doing. I hope it was a trial. The coffee was bad. I ordered a latte and the coffee that came to the table was definitely a cold cappuccino with no chocolate on top. We really missed the girl who is usually behind the coffee machine and makes the best coffees..hope we'll see her soon

Great service, fab food, decent price, good quality. Customer service was exceptional. Breakfast menu until 3pm. I had a Classic Avo (a breakfast item for my lunch) which was well presented (see pic) and full of flavour. Chai Latte was easy to drink. I normally prefer a hotter temp, but the one today was perfect. The male server was exchanging friendly banter with staff and customers with equal respect and joy. When a mum with 2 young boys arrived, the server quickly organised crayons and paper with outlines (such as Iron Man) for the boys to colour. A regular customer arrived and the staff knew her by name, and friendly communication ensued. The atmosphere is welcoming. I will certainly visit again when in Earlwood.
