what a great find! a plant-based vegan cafe with lots of gluten free options. loved having so many options to choose from on the menu & the burgers and milkshakes were amazing. staff are friendly and offered great service. will definitely be back again!!

Swallow Coffee Traders is absolutely worth the visit. Simply the best vegan bacon and egg roll in Sydney (and we think we have tried them all) - the bread was fresh, fried egg was so realistic, especially the yolky part... I had to stop and remind myself it wasn't the real thing! The chicken souvlaki wrap (not pictured) was also amazing - hard to not inhale it all in a minute. The Ice Chocolate drink was dam good... ice cream, whipped cream - the real deal! And Green Goodness fruit juice was just what I needed on a warm spring day. Thanks SCT for making our visit so enjoyable. We will be back!

I ordered a burger and chips for delivery. It was absolute perfection. It was well packed, it arrived very fresh and both burger and chips were delicious. Congrats on going vegan, the food is perfect.

These guys make the most delicious vegan food, totally affordable as well and generous serving sizes too! Really lovely staff! Only thing is that the tables are very close to one another which makes it hard to not overhear other conversations. Other than that, always always happy when I go in for my food!

Just a few steps from Rockdale station this is the perfect place to enjoy a vegan meal at any time. You get excellent value for money with the portions and delicious flavours at the prices they offer. The Spicy Chick Burger has the right amount of heat that you will enjoy even if you are not into spicy food. The McVegan Burger is tasty and very filling. The Protein Breaky Burrito and the Swallow Big Breaky are delicious and satisfying. All of us were impressed with the food and enjoyed the experience. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. We had to wait for a while though for the food to be served.

Absolutely beautiful cafe with amazing vegan options for the most meat loving people to the most vegan people. Literally everything on their menu is next level delicious, the atmosphere of the cafe is a vibe and the owners are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Would recommend everyone to come and support them.

A rare gem in every respect, I can't recommend it enough! There weren't many plant-based and vegan options in the area, so I was happy to come across Swallow Traders. Owners are some of the nicest and most customer caring people I've ever met, great service. Big brekky, burritos and vegan burgers were very tasty. Atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. Will be ordering from them many more times to come!

Love this place - it’s my local go-to brunch place that has the best selection of plant based food and the coffee made with almond milk is the best in the area. Always lovely people making me feel at home and serving up a treat!

literally THE nicest food, coffee and staff in Sydney! The vegan food here is absolutely incredible, I can’t go on about it enough. We make the trip over from Bondi to Rockdale as much as possible because nothing over here in the Eastern Suburbs compares to Swallow!! The owners are seriously the nicest people ever too - I promise you will not be disappointed if you eat here, vegan or not!!!

Great café all-round! Lovely food, welcoming service, nice vibes inside. Highly recommend the big breakfast - the mushrooms and baked beans are delightfully flavourful.

To be honest, this is some of - if not the best plant based food in Sydney. We are constantly SO impressed. We live in the inner west but anytime that we have a free morning, we travel to Swallow as nothing else compares (and we live in Newtown so that should tell you something!). Amazing coffee, phenomenal milkshakes, delicious food that is beautifully plated and well thought out and the kindest and most attentive service from the lovely owners. You really can't go wrong!

I had a great time getting lunch at this vegan cafe - I ordered the big breakfast. The food was tasty, with ample portion sizes and a variety of sweet and savoury options. The staff were lovely - providing warm, friendly service. The cafe also has a selection of vegan snacks, chocolate treats and condiments for purchase. And they have hot sauce at every table! I’m looking to forward to going back again to try their banana protein hotcakes and their plant based Bacon and Egg roll with avo.
