We had booked almost 2 weeks in advance for a special occasion and when we arrived we were seated at a small table on quite a steep slope by the entrance with little to no protection from the wind and we were cold all night. When we asked to move to a space inside that just freed up, we were quickly denied as they were “fully booked” however the table remained free for the duration of our sitting. We also saw one couple of walk-ins seated inside. Additionally we had peoples rear ends in our faces and quite close to our food every 5 minutes, whilst they waited to be seated. Service was extremely slow and our waitress serving us throughout the night seemingly forgot we existed which further left our dining experience to be extremely cold and miserable. At least the food was good once we finally got it 🤷🏽‍♂️ 9/10 for food 1/10 for service

Amazing Menu Service and Atmosphere! Hands down best and most tantalising Thai in Sydney!! I’ve been many dinners and lunches and can’t express enough worth every dollar spent! Chefs selection banquet never fails for that special meal or celebration with loved ones! Cocktails also amazing!!

Great asian fusion. I forgot to take a photo but the betal leaf was my favourite. I enjoyed everything else. The wait staff were really friendly and everything he recommended was delicious!

Food was amazing - so delicious. We were seated 15 minutes late and we were given a complimentary round of appletinis (6 drinks). Our waitress, Claire was the best and super accomodating. Definitely recommend!

Dined for lunch Saturday 9 December! The Uber hot day! Claire was extremely professional and helpful.Relocating us to indoors due to heat outside! The meal was superb . Thanks also for the helpful suggestions as one of our group had a 🌶️ allergy despite some modifications she also thoroughly enjoyed her meal! Our friends were from Wollongong and they were amazed with the service and attention. Well done to all the team. A special thank you to the kitchen crew who always do an amazing job but extra thanks as it was such a hot day and they did not disappoint!

Stellar service from Stella ! My girlfriend and I had our anniversary dinner here and it was a brilliant experience the moment we walked through the door. Met with a smile and great recommendations, thank you Stella ! My only feedback was it felt a little dark inside the restaurant but this didn’t take away from the experience

Loved Alphabet St the first few times we went, but this time table wasn’t ready at the time we booked and when we were seated, it was outside on a wonky table, crammed in the corner. Food was mostly great, but we just weren’t comfortable and it was a rainy chilly night. Not what you expect when you pay good money.

My husband and I went here on a Monday night to celebrate our anniversary. On arrival the waitress congratulated us. We were sat next to the window. The lighting was perfect, dimmed and relaxing. The wait time for cocktails was spot on, you have to try the salted caramel espresso martini! The food was incredible and lovely presentation. Don’t miss out on getting the pan fried ice cream, absolutely delicious. It was difficult at times to get waitstaff attention.

If you want to be treated poorly by rude wait staff this restaurant is for you. If paying to be ignored is something you’re into this restaurant is for you. Was here a while ago and had a terrible experience with staff. One waiter spent more time flirting with 1 table than serving the rest of the customers. My wife was here today and was appalled how her and her friend were treated. Staff were rude on arrival and completely ignored them during their lunch. Food is great, shame about the staff.

Bloody awesome! Went there for a Birthday with 8 of us on a Saturday. Service was on point, hilarious and switched on gent looking after us, did not catch his name. It was a full buzzing restaurant we had the set menu $70, everything came out in a nice rhythm and the dishes were perfect and all winners! Not easy to do with a full restaurant, well done guys you smashed it !

Loved it!! Came her with my partner for our first visit and WOW! The food was so delicious with incredible flavours. Massive shout out to Jamie - we took all her recommendations and she was spot on! Between 2 of us we had 4 small share plates and a dessert and left very full. Thr cocktails are also wonderful, highly recommended the apple martini.

Venue has a good vibe with great service - friendly, attentive, helpful and patient despite all my questions! Food was great overall - not your traditional Thai options and everything was delicious (would probably give the desserts a miss, though they did mention their dessert chef was away when we visited).

Great spot close to Cronulla beach. Best Lemon, Lime & Bitters mix and delectable share plates. Pricey but very tasty and definitely worth a visit for a treat!

I had a great experience at Alphabet St. The music, ambiance and vibes were good. The host was warm and accommodating. I wasn't sure what to order and she made a few starter/entree suggestions, which were all amazing! 😋 10/10 would recommend!

Alphabet St is one of our favourite local go to restaurants and on this occasion lived up to everyone’s expectations and covered our gluten free needs really well.

Myself and my Girlfriend went here on a date night of a Tuesday. The restaurant was buzzing and the staff were so friendly and great for recommendations. The food was outstanding. Don’t forget the hype and order the apple Martini they are to die for!!! Thanks again and we will be back!

Delicious! Every dish was fresh and well balanced. Cocktails were also amazing. It's not a huge space and can be noisy but that's something to take into consideration depending on what occasion you're visiting for rather than a criticism. Staff were helpful and genuine.

Great seaside location and friendly staff. On the pricier side but food is excellent and portions were very large.

Came here for my 19th birthday with 15 people. The staff were so lovely, accomodating and helpful! The food was great and all the cocktails were so delicious, everyone especially enjoyed the apple martini’s. There was miscommunication about my booking with the staff before however the staff still accommodated which I feel so grateful for. Thank you! Will be back again 😇
