Not just another Bunnings but a Bunnings with history and soul, it’s been there long enough to know their local market, the customers and the needs of those who come in droves after moving into new apartments with close to 350 new apartments opening in their area each week. Their plant selections are great and some really good,and knowledgeable team members like Kath who was able to advise on plants, pots and what will go well with what and how to care for them. Upstairs the paint team especially Lachlan was a great help in choosing the right type and colors for our walls and the right paints for the space. He was a true Bunnings Ambassador and a great help. The cafe in this store has vastly improved over the years of it coming of age and they still have a great sausage sizzle on the weekends. Love this store for all your hardware and garden center needs including a vast selection of outdoor furniture and BBQ’s. Always happy to come here and always leave mostly with everything on my list. It's a Bunnings with a fun vibe, lots of dogs and the indoor plant section looks like a mini jungle. Neat and well stocked but unlike the typical Bunnings this one is split into two floors and newly built. Feels more spacious because of it but on the negative side, sometimes can be inconvenient to keep going up and down to find the things you need. Taking the trolley with you, when on the escalators will also slow you down when in hurry.

A huge complex with ample of parking. Two full levels of items well organized in well labelled numbered isles. The staff team is knowledgeable and helpful, making it easy for customers to look for needed items. The check-out is swift and transporting items to the car is conveniently organized. This is a well-organized one-stop shopping for home related items.

I bought a Mimosa 3 x 3.6m Charcoal Palermo Gazebo for $949. Unfortunately, during the assembly process, we discovered an issue with one of the threaded inserts (probably not the correct name), which meant we couldn’t actually finish the build. I didn’t really want to return the whole thing, as d already assembled most of it, so I went to bunnings hoping to buy a replacement part, but unfortunately the part we needed didn’t exist as a seperate item. Luckily, one of the Bunnings team members, Doug I’m pretty sure, helped us work out a fix. Which was a huge relief because I was worried I’d just wasted $949 and hours putting the thing together. Obviously, it would have been better if it was manufactured a bit better in the first place, but very happy with the help we received from the Bunnings team.

I have spent over $4000 dollars here. They deliver, they have everything I need and I am usually there every weekend. My new whole bathroom comes from there, from paint to vanity to taps and shower Etc

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Bunnings on Christmas Eve and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Lillian and Maria. Lillian, who was working at the self-checkout, was incredibly efficient and helpful. Maria, who was working at the register, was extremely knowledgeable about the store's inventory and took the time to show me different options. Both were patient and kind, and made sure my purchases were rung up correctly. I highly recommend Bunnings and specifically Lillian and Maria for their top-notch customer service.

The staffs are very helpful. When a staff member saw I was struggling to push my trolley, he immediately helped me to push it to the check out and asked another staff to help me to take it to the car and loaded into my car for me as well. I'm so impressed. This Bunnings has more products than the others. Staffs are always helpful. Ten stars from me.

Bunnings cafe is my go to for lunch on my break. The cafe staff are my favourite people. Paula is an Angel and faultless, customer service is beyond perfect. Alyssa is always there to help, had the please of her being my server up the front and at the cafe too. :)

An employee by the name of Ren went above and beyond for me around Christmas Day. I had to get a large tree in my car and he was very happy to help me even though he was from another section of the store. I overheard him offering to help two ladies carry heavy bricks onto their trolley before I asked for his help as well. Great guy, Bunnings is lucky to have him.

Currently the biggest store in Sydney I think? They added pet supplies which is interesting.

Generally, it's a good Bunnings store. Nice and big. So plenty to be found there. This particular time. I needed to ask where a particular decking oil brand was. As it is a big section. And I had no idea. There was a woman at the counter mixing paints. And I waited. Along with another woman. And no luck. She just kept mixing paints. I gave up waiting after 5 minutes. And went looking myself. And I finish where I started. In that, it's generally been a good store. With good service. I would go back.

Knowledgeable staff, good parking. Can take my dog so combine walkies with shopping (just remember to keep an eye on your furbabies to make sure they are behaving).

Big store with almost everything available to fix your house, backyard or whatever you want to. The older staff is very knowledgeable and always give nice tips to amateur DIY customers. Just be carefull when you hire any equipment esp from inexperienced staff. Because, they won't check for any pre-existing issues with machine and if you're first timer, you won't know either. Upon returning if they find any such issues they will blame it on you. So be careful with that. Other than that, excellent store and lovely people.

A HUGE warehouse over two floors. Has it all for the homemaker, gardener, builder, tradesperson, home stylist and even pet owner. Tones of Christmas products at the moment. There is a cafe and even had a sausage roll outlet happening. The handy person’s Ikea! Hard to leave without a purchase. The even have free Wi-Fi!

Boxing Day morning time, bought 2 outdoor chairs, as there were only 3 left. Only one has plastic bag on it. Went to self check out, scanned both chairs, the male staff monitor self check out section directly went to me without greeting whatsoever just say ‘is it yours?’ with skeptical face.. expect me to explain I’m not stealing? But buying a near new chair with full price? Feeling awful. Can’t Bunnings train its staff member about respect customer🙃

Probably the busiest Bunnings in the country. Trade section often full. Unfortunately with cars that don't belong in there or that are only picking up a packet of screws and a bag of cement. Staff are usually friendly and helpful. Escalator to the top floor often out of order.

I had an excellent shopping experience at Bunning's Alexandria's paint department yesterday. Ebony was extremely helpful in mixing up a variety of paints in custom colours and made sure I had the correct products for what I needed. Without her help I would have purchased several products which where not suitable for what I needed so she saved me a lot of hassle that those incorrect purchase would have caused. Many thanks for her help and patience.

Popped into Bunnings to grab some paints for a sign writer, the staff at the paint desk were extremely helpful in making up the exact colours I needed while still getting me the BEST deal. Needless to say this store is wheelchair accessible and the staff are lovely.

Friendly staff. Easy undercover parking anytime of day. Love to browse the damaged pot sections for bargains. Good variety of plants. Plenty of staff and checkout. Easy to to get in and out. One of my favourite stores in Sydney.

Easy to find parking undercover. Lots of team members around to ask questions during peak time; some are very experienced and some need training, but generally good. This shop the man that served us near the painting/spray paint area was exceptional! Made my purchase a quick one; in and out and not messing about as I had my toddler with me. Plenty of trolleys, even the kids ones! Which is a hit in our family. Great prices! Just miss the sausage sizzle during the last 2 years due to COVID 😣. Toilets are also cleaned and maintained. Kids area is good too. Nice selection of food and snacks and coffee at the cafe. Thanks Bunnings!

Great service, good products. Easier to navigate than IKEA. I met my new wife there in Aisle 37, we both reached for drinking bleach at the same time. Best tip, it's not for human consumption people. Don't listen to the Orange Man.

This is a full size Bunnings, two levels and racking as far as the eye can see. Walk around in circles browsing for hours or ask a friendly staff member for direction, good signage too. Well lit, aye.

A great homeware, hardware and gardening centre with virtually everything under one roof + a small cafe and kids play area for those longer trips with family, housemates and friends. ;) Exit/entrance to store is off a busy main road, so use caution and patience when entering/exiting if coming by car; else the 355 bus stop is a few mins walk from the station in a side street with quick access to Victoria's Basement Kitchen supply depot and Pet Barn Alexandria a stones-throw nearby. Staff, whilst quite busy when we visited, were none the less professional, polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

From gardening to home improvement, I find Bunnings is a great retailer as well as source of advice and helps. I even got help replacing my car key batteries last weekend. The staff are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I always enjoy my visit.

Best place in Sydney for house construction and gardening! The staff is super friendly and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Everyone seems to know where every single item is and they actually want to help you find it unlike many other places. We even got a bandana for our doggie!

Huge store.. Have everything except sales staff to help.find items. It's 2 stories. It would be a good idea to provide a map with legend of products to customers. Otherwise, staff they did have were not familiar with store

Wow. Top top service. I've only been to my neighbourhood bunnings and had such a bad experience. I drove out to Alexandria to get an item that was out of stock and was blown away by the FANTASTIC service. In the future, I will drive out 40 minutes whenever I need something from bunnings, just for the amazing staff. Big shout out to the gentleman who did the timber cuts. No staff on hand to assist with a $400 purchase, item on Display unavailable, not in stock tho website showing availablity. Finally got a staff member from another department to call an affiliated store..on hold for more than half an hour 'a team member will be with you shortly' because your call is important to us... finally left in frustration and without making a purchase..what a joke (tho not very funny)..

Just got home from Bunnings and my husband and I both commented on the fantastic service we got. From knowledgeable service on the products we were considering to assisting in putting the large items on the trolley. The sales assistant also asked if we needed help loading the items in our car The variety of items is also impressive. Will definitely go back if we need anything in their range

Prob has the most stock. Staff aren’t amazing but that’s standard at any Bunnings. Parking is usually fine.

Peter at the Alexandria store (located upstairs at the special order counter) gave me the best services I ever had. I was looking to buy just the shower head. But he explained that I better off get the one with the adjustable arm so I don't have to worry about water leaking from my old arm. He patiently addressed all my concerns with the variety on display. He even told me to get my plumber listed it on his invoice for installation so I can claim the warranty if it is faulty. I am so happy with the purchase and have a quick and informative lessons to identify the different features.
