Made an online purchase of a pair of Birkenstocks that’s out of stock in my size almost everywhere I looked. A very pleasant shopping experience. Dispatch and shipping were very quick and the product was very nicely packaged in sustainable packaging. Definitely recommend shopping at Abicus!

Fantastic customer service, support and efficiency sums up Abicus. Local store in Darby St Newy that has always been helpful both online, on the phone, on email and in store (haha! yes I have purchased and inquired through these mediums). My last interaction with them recently, I thought I had to post a review as its moment like this that you realise the care and respect that goes into every interaction and sale you have with the helpful team Coming off the back of a 3 month drawn out and frustrating warranty issue online with a scooter purchase on Amazon, the team at Abicus were quick to respond, efficient in sorting out the warranty issue and then express posted the watch to me within a week and a bit. 5 stars for a brilliant approach with the no fuss, questioning or being grilled about all aspects. Thank you and look forward to my next purchase.

My first time ordering from Abicus and I would highly recommend them. I placed my order online on Sunday evening and the item arrived Tuesday afternoon. It was packaged very well, and it also came with a hand written note thanking me for my order.

Nice shop but the manager refused a return with swap on a record which was purchased on the previous day, and was still sealed and in perfect condition. I was told they don't accept returns on records even if sealed, which I have never heard before (I have purchased many hundreds records in the last few years all over NSW). The manager said that the purchase receipt, which you get AFTER the purchase, clearly states their return policy on records. I find this unreasonable, especially considering the rather high retail price of about $50 for new records. May I suggest to communicate this to your customers before the purchase, maybe with a sign.

10/10 Customer Service Always Why would I ever bother going to shopping centres where no one even glances in my direction let alone says hello! When I could come here and shop all my favourite brands with the nicest staff I have ever met! Incredibly helpful, not pushy and all around great people. Will definitely be back. 😊

Wonderful customers service! I made a mistake on my order and the team got back to me within a day and were able to fix it for me, meant a lot after a terrible week. I looked everywhere for the shoes I ordered and came across this amazing shop that had them in my size and colour I wanted.

I rarely leave a review, but I cannot write one for Abicus. I bought a pair of Birkenstock shoes that for a start I could not find anywhere else. They had it. I received the shoes way before the estimated delivery date, which was already quite fast. When I opened the parcel, the pristine box was carefully and beautifully wrapped with a lovely card that had a personal handwritten small message. It had quality, aesthetic and care put in every aspect of the parcel and it indeed made it a delightful and singular experience. Thank you And no need to say: best place, best experience - cannot recommend enough
