Thanks to my absurdly early flight, I arrived just after 9am; much too early to check in. The staff were very helpful, showing me to the spa locker room where I could shower and change. Then they looked after my bags while I went to the nearby mall to sort out my SIM card. I was able to check in just after noon. My room was great - spacious with expansive views over the city. The gym is small but well equipped with both free weights and machines; you can have a full workout and there are multiple benches, treadmills and cross-trainers so even if there are a few people in there you won't need to wait long for equipment to become available. Pricey, but worth every penny.

The rooms and facilities were quite nice. Most importantly, everything was exceptionally clean. During my stay, I also made use of the pool, Jacuzzi, and restaurant for its breakfast buffet. All were awesome. Most of all, the staff was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Besides it offers so many activities and is close to two shopping malls. The highlight for me is the gym and the poolside, although it gets quite windy in the afternoons. Breakfast is really good, strong coffee and fluffy eggs, just be ware on weekdays because Toborochi restaurant (where breakfast is served) tends to be full; so your experience might not be the greatest. Room service is superb as well!

The usual excellent Marriott standard. Kudos! A few mis-steps in the actual restaurant (read: kitchen) but service (in same restaurant) and then overall attention and quality in bar totally made up for it!

Nice pool, clean spacious rooms, hot showers with excellent water pressure.

A standard hotel in a Great place. Rooms are very warm and take approx 30 mins to completely cool down. Currently they’re expanding the place and renovating it. Breakfast is great and dinner is a pay it yourself. The receptionist is a know-it-all woman but forgot to call us a taxi at the requested time

A nice and comfortable hotel in a great location. You can walk within 5min and find a modern mall and walk another 5min to find the famous Ventura mall. The breakfast is small but the location itself is the best.

Amazing hotel, staff and service!

This is one of my favorite Marriott. The hotel is new and modern, the service is spectacular and the location is where you want to be in Scz. The breakfast is also very good. Scz has several resorts, so maybe not the best pick for a family vacation, but if you are here by yourself, with a group, or for a couple's getaway, this is highly recommended.

This is an excellent standard Marriott property, with a very good executive lounge, very reasonably priced spa, workout room, pool, and excellent service. The breakfast buffet is exquisite and we'll make eggs to order. I will stay here again.

Hotel is beautiful, and the grounds. Service is horrible if your AMERICAN. Tipped well and got ignored at the pool, bar and sitting at a table for 30 minutes not being greeted. Brushed it off, 5 days later on my return trip same experience. Not for traveller's, locals only. Sad the place is epic, just not travelers. Marriott do better. Update... 30 minutes later 4 more people joined and we got greeted once

Located near both shoppimg areas and restaurants is very accessible from any part of the city. 30 minutes aproximately to the airport. Swimming pool is better in the mornings as the shadow of the building is on the pool in the afternoon. Gym and massages available, ask for massage in advance as it is done by an external contractor. Great restaurants close by, and the restaurant of the hotel is OK. Lounge has both breakfast and sandwiches available at specific times, you might see food outside those times, just check how it endured the heat. Hotel taxis are overpriced, get an uber for a third of the price. You can get rooms overlooking the tree belt next to the river and the city, both views are amazing.
