    Falta de respeito com o cliente, realizei pedido pelo iFood, depois do prazo estimado pelo aplicativo, o restaurante informou que atrasaria mais 10 minutos. Fiquei aguardando quase 2 horas e sem retorno, não atendia telefone e nem sequer aceitavam o cancelamento pelo aplicativo. Não é a primeira vez que isso acontece, total falta de profissionalismo.
