Beautiful place but the people on the board need to hire someone who will actually CARE about place while they CARETAKE. That place has serious potential but you .dont see any beautification going on from the park itself. Only the private lots. If I worked there that place would have tons more character. And would do my best to make it look like its worth the money people spend to be a part of that place

PROS: Beautiful river float. Nice heated pool for the kids. Quads and golf carts. CONS: Cold showers & berating, mean, threatening caretakers. Used to be a great place for kids and families.

This was incredible and beautiful! So much to do and see! It's perfect for camping and even living. Its the perfect privately owned place. It was the perfect place to get married next to the river

Best decision we ever made buying a camping lot in here! Seriously, creating the best memories every time. Prepare to get dirty though or you're not doing it right!

Caretakers keep the place up nicely. Looks like the pool will be out again for a while this year 2022.

Great summer vacation spot for the whole family, there's something for every one. The one younger woman and elderly man caregiver's are just plain rude, judgmental, disrespectful and all around not nice. As for the elderly woman, she's a sweetheart and the round man was very helpful and kind.

I have been camping here since I was born. It's a giant fun community. There is a park and a river. The pool has had issues for about a year but not a huge deal. They have numerous restrooms throughout the park. It's a pleasant place to stay with the family for a weekend.
