We agree with all of the other people who have loved their stay here, it's a little slice of heaven on earth. Each morning we woke up to the stunning view out our apartment window and couldn't believe we were really there. The views of the hillsides as well as the farm were just incredible. When we could pull ourselves away we explored a lot of the Tuscan towns and sites (thanks to Alessandra's guidance) which were within easy range from La Canigiana as was Florence. It is a very convenient location to use as a starting point. And of course Alessandra & Franco's warmth helped make our stay so wonderful. A slice of heaven on earth! The place is so loved and respected, and this oozes out of every single detail. Our dogs loved the wide open spaces and we loved the fact that here, dogs are considered an integral part of the family, if not more. Its proximity to the centre of Florence is an added bonus.
