My experience at Reflections was everything I was wanting from the moment I walked into the beautiful location. I saw Christina and would recommend her to my friends. She was so sweet and welcoming and gave me a very thorough consultation. Excited to see my results in the next week or so! I look forward to going back for my next appointment.

I have been going to Reflections for 12 years, for several different treatments. The staff has been wonderful, personality wise and service wise. Have done allot with Linda Gentry. She has been exceptional in all areas. Very very disappointed to her leaving. leaving. I hope they can employ a replacement for Linda that has her integrity, knowledge, and concern for her customers.

I always receive a smile and warm welcome from Kelly and Beb up front, they are both incredibly helpful when coordinating treatments and visits. Christina and Sam are my absolute favorite duo when it comes to aesthetics/injections. Christina’s knowledge and presence are so calming for those of us nervous about pokes. Her skill is unmatched as an injector! Highly recommend ❤️

I recently visited Reflections Medical Spa and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly kind and the spa itself is beautiful with a relaxing atmosphere. It was my first time ever getting Botox & filler, I was super nervous going into it but Christina eased my anxiety by explaining and answering all of my questions. I am thrilled with the results and will definitely be back again. They just gained another lifelong customer. Highly recommended!

The staff and clinicians are refreshingly cheerful, friendly, and attentive; to the point that it feels more like a warm visit with good friends than an office visit. You are treated like a VIP - not a number - and the care, concern, and consideration are genuine and impressive. All aspects of your treatment are patiently explained in detail, and costs and payment options are approached with the best interests of the patient in mind. These folks take care of you with an authentic and happy smile, and you will leave with a smile of your own.

If I could spend every waking moment in this place, I swear I would! The location is convenient, the building is beautiful, and the team is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! I had a couple of benign skin growths removed off my face using a plasma pen. The procedure was quick and painless. In the process of healing. So far great results. Holly did my procedure and o would go back in a heartbeat.

I have been to many spas now looking for the right "home." Not only have I been searching for skill and reasonable prices, I've been looking for excellent customer service (somewhere that values its customers). This place knocks all of those out of the park! I have been here a few times in the last 6 months. Not only has Christina and Samantha demonstrated exceptional service and skill, everyone and each service I have received has been nothing less than TOP-NOTCH! Each experience has been a positive one (from answering phones, checking in/out, texting reminders, and answering even the smallest or silliest of questions). This staff is respectful, courteous, and simply put... they make you want to return. (Note: I'm not a big online reviewer, but when a place has it all, it's worth the time out it takes to mention it.)

I had the Deluxe HydraFacial by Lindsey Russell- and she and the facial were absolutely amazing!!!! My skin was so smooth and glowing afterwards- a total - and much needed - renewal of my skin. Lindsey is so professional and personable as well as knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and this type of facial. The atmosphere is so Spa-like and relaxing and the front desk staff are so kind and personable as well. I would highly recommend Reflections Spa!!

I’v been seeing Donna for several years now for hormone replacement therapy. She and Cara provide such a great experience for a procedure that could otherwise be uncomfortable. Donna is so knowledgeable and personable. She pays attention to my concerns and offers practical advice. She is careful, conscientious and kind. Reflections is a beautiful facility and the front-office is bubbly but efficient. The whole experience is lovely.

Amazing! From the time you walk in the door you feel loved. Everyone is very informative and helpful. Dr. Gusching is awesome. His personality and bedside manner is top notch for sure. He has already performed two of my cosmetic surgeries thus far. If you are looking for a sign to use this surgeon…HERE IT IS!!!
