Got the chance to visit and train at RYSE and I immediately was overwhelmed by the welcoming atmosphere. The owner is the most humble and honest guy I have ever met he gave us a tour an update on what’s to come and welcomed us with open arms. The facility was absolutely amazing it was cleaned you had no idea it was a strength/bodybuilding gym. I immediately joined after my visit. Can’t wait to see what the future holds.

I’ve been going to this gym since I moved to the area 3 months ago. I am new to the area and had tried multiple gyms. None come close to comparing to Ryze! Happy to have found this place. The staff is extremely supportive as well as genuine. Clean gym! Great members, even better owners! Glad to have this as my home gym. 10/10 recommend.

Best gym I’ve been to in a long time. Music is on point. Atmosphere is just right. The staff is great. They have amazing products and their knowledge of the products is the best. Turned me on to some great new stuff from Apollon to try and loved it from the beginning. Will definitely be recommending this gym to anyone looking.

Joined the gym a little over a week ago and have loved the atmosphere here. The staff are very friendly and everyone I’ve met is super nice. The gym is very well kept and the weights are always re-racked. Best gym around if you’re wanting to take your training to the next level.

This is a hidden gem. Unlike all the commercial gyms, this local owned gym has the best of the best equipment and it is organized and clean. Everyone puts weights and equipment back after use. It’s not a huge gym but the space is utilized perfectly. Great for anyone wanting to get into powerlifting. The free weight equipment is incredible.
