Love the freedom to work out as hard or as little as I want. The trainers are very helpful and can assist you setting up an individual program based on your level of fitness. There are enough machines that you don't have to wait for one. My favorite part is at the end of a workout, going on the hydro bed or in one of the massage chairs. I can travel and not worry about missing a workout since I can go to any planet fitness. There truly isn't any intimidation there. Everyone is working at their own pace and not competing with each other. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Carleigh, Larry , Matthew,Shelby, Adaly, Katelyn, Kayleigh, Savannah/Corbin. First and foremost, . You guys hands down have the best staff. They know everyone by name. Everyone is respectful even your newest team member Corbin. Greatest staff. I work in Rome and I use to try PF in Rome horrible and Dalton as well . I made this my home gym. I loook forward to coming everyday because of these people. They genuinely treat everyone like family. Always motivating . Such a clean gym. They walk you around show you what machines are for and so on. I freaking love this staff. Keep them. PS Shelby no need to call me it’s all good.

My wife got my membership online, she went to the Dalton location and we loved going to each loaction until I tried to cxl memberships . I was told had to drive to Dalton location to cancel which my wife did on 6/6/2023 about 545 pm . She had the look at both accts and was told to sign two different documents . then we get a charge 16 days later where mine the husbands wasnt canncelled. So my wife calls Dalton location speaks to them they pull it up showing cxl on that date call with her request to Calhoun so they can explain the situation. She is left on hold for her whole lunch hour not to ment the time and gas to drive ther to cxl what she thought anyway..And they hang up on her she sends me to Calhoun to cancel and request refund when they are aware several reps called to go over situation and 2 days after charge and 16 days after intial walk in cxl they wouldnt return the fees. This is the Absolute worst customer service I have endured at a Business in a long time. We were cxling to cut back on funds . But you have lost customers for life after this ridiculous event.

Claims to be a 24-7 gym but doesn't say open at night. Aparently, those who work nighshift don't deserve gym access.

Please, please, let's get new updated equipment,I keep in seeing new modern equipment on other gyms, please I beg you,gym is Good I don't complaint but needs the more modern equipment

Very friendly staff and very clean environment. Excellent variety of exercises available and plenty of space. I have never felt crowded while working out. The app is great as it allows me to see how busy the gym is at any point in time.

Wish we could see “LIVE CROWD METER” on Google. Plz update. But other than that EVERYTHING IS AWESOME !
