This place is tucked away and private. It's an older complex so naturally things need repairing...well here is where the nightmare begins. The rental staff refuses to answer the office phone, they are hardly EVER in the office. They lie directly to your face and when you get the chance to call them on the lie...they make up excuses. They smoke in the office. They can't seem to keep a quality maintenance team. Just because they are horrible I will be moving ASAP. They have made living here a nightmare. Awful, just awful!!!!!

No other way to explain this,but horrible. Maintenance are slow not reliable inconsistency. This has been a real nightmare, can never get anything handle. Totally unprofessional they lie to your face time after time it's, totally just plain wrong. They smoke in the office which they are rarely in anyway. This has been a horrific life changing experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I hate these apartments this is a nightmare also I can’t wait to find better for me and my family ! Looking to move for sure !

It was okay until it went Section 8. When people throw their trash into the dumpster and they miss, they just leave it there. And the swimming pool was never playing in two years that I live there and you couldn't get hot water in the laundry room.

Lived there for a year. Went the entire summer with my pregnant roommate and no ac. They even took our window unit and gave it to another tennant.

Literally the section 8 apartments of Hueytown. It smells awful, cigarettes and trash everywhere. Mold on walls as the moment I moved in. Walls incredibly thin. I shouldn’t hear my neighbors tv from across the hall. Disorganized company. Needs different management. Toilet from the top unit leaking feces from above to my unit. Needs a real make over and not paint over dust and dirt. Cheapest apartments in Hueytown for a good reason.
