Julie the technician that come to my house was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional amd kind and done and excellent tim treating me and my daughter she went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and she took the time to explain what was going on. If I every had to have this again I will definately ask for her. I couldnt imagine having a better experience and well recommend this company and Julie. I am very pleased with this whole experience.

Julie was AWESOME! Super sweet and really really good with my little ones, she even brought them little prizes for sitting still and doing well through the entire process. She was very thorough and kind and I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Ashley treated our 8 year old daughter today. She was very kind and knowledgeable and thorough! She made everyone feel at ease and was happy to walk us through everything she was doing and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Even the many questions asked by our other children! As this is our first time dealing with this problem, we were happy to be able to have someone treat our daughter for us—all that meticulous combing! We like that the treatment is all natural (no harmful chemicals) too! We are very pleased with the service she provided! Thank you!

Deriona has been a lifesaver! Our daughter came home from MDO with lice and that is when the nightmare started. We tried the shampoo you can buy at the store, but that didn't work, so we thankfully found Licedoctors. Deriona was so calm and patient with all 4 of us. She answered the million questions I had and helped us set up a game plan to make sure the lice were gone. I 100% recommend Deriona and Licedoctors. Don't even try the treatment from the store. At the first sign of lice, call the Licedoctors!!

No one wants to deal with lice, but if you have to, LiceDoctors is the best! Julie was professional and a delight to work with despite us not wanting to even be in that situation. Other treatments failed us, but LiceDoctors proven treatment method worked perfectly. We are more educated about lice and would always trust them (if goodness forbid we find our family in this situation again).

DO NOT USE LICE DOCTORS! Their process does not work! And they WILL NOT honor their guarantee! Or even call you back when you have a complaint! I have never written a negative review for any company before and I am not someone to normally complain but this has been an awful process. The day we had an infestation we called lice doctors and they sent out a nurse to treat the infestation. She was good and seemed thorough. 4+ hour process. She left us with a flyer and instructions. WE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS RELIGIOUSLY! Probably 2+ hour process each night. After a few days, we were still pulling off live lice. When we reached out to the lady who treated us, she said she couldn’t help and to contact customer service. She gave us their email. We attempted to email them asking for any solution or recommendation or anything. No response. 4 days later we were still having lice and we emailed again and called the phone number and left a voicemail. No response. Continued the treatment as described but we still never heard back. Continued to leave emails and voicemails and never got a single response. Over a month spent trying to get any response from them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Lice is something that you want to take care of ASAP and when it doesn’t work you feel you are out of options. Oh and the guarantee only applies if you do not do another treatment for at least 30 days. Which we did and they still refuse to talk to us. So please if you want to have a lice infestation for at least 30 days, and still be out the $500+ that you spent for it because they will not call you back, use lice doctors. If you would rather get rid of the Lice USE ANYONE ELSE!!!
