The new manager absolutely made this time of staying here so much better...She actually listened and got things done that needed to be done years ago...Just a better atmosphere all together!!

My experience here was a bit unorthodox..... The walls are very thin and you can here people talking.... The tv channel are not great.... Most channels were fuzzy. Overpriced room charge at 55 bucks a night is a ripoff. I was outside smoking a cigarette in a chair; not bothering anyone, when suddenly he said I couldn't sit there. He say its brings attention to the motel. Well, sir... Isn't that what want...,

I have stayed here off n on for a yea r now and i hv encountered bed bugs twice i just checked out with a full refund. Owner tried to put me in another room. Great place to stay if u are used to living around bugs u can stay at motel 6 in bessesmer for $2 more n u wont encounter a bad experience n u can sleep

Nice clean rooms but Charge $20 for visitors.. They tried to charge my mother for dropping me off some... do not come here.

This place is amazing. We do motorcycle shows and they went above and beyond to help keep out bikes safe. The rooms are clean have wifi extender for other end. The people there that clean and manage the place are awsome

They came into my room at 8 pm to instal a new toilet and was there for over an hour. Then the next morning they turned off the lights intentionally. Then banged at my door 30 minutes before check out time to tell me i need to leave

Someone stole 2 air compressors total...right out back of one friends truck. Then my friends van just a week ago...and there's always rift raft hanging in stairwells and cubby holes... if I hadn't lost my ID, I deff would rent elsewhere. Always something going on round here...if your not "about that life" do yourself a favor and go on pay lil extra and hit Days Inn, Management is straight here if you know their dos and don'ts....its clean...they change there blankets out and always air the room after each guest, other than there security issues not bad place considering there competition....it could be way worse so

Need everything upgraded holes on comforter, holes in sheets, dirty walls, and molded in the bathroom and air conditioner stop working

Good room for the price. The staff could be more friendly, but I've enjoyed my stay so far.

Very horrible management very hostile and angry front desk personnel... Roaches everywhere and they're very hard to see and know theyre crawling all around you because of the colors of the carpet and bedding.... Very nasty very very bad place to stay

I was scared at first to go here but wen I got here da place was clean da staff Wass nice ... I thank da change is da manager.. da last time I was there the management was horrible.. I'm glad they got a new manager ..thanks Ms Briana.. u made my stay so much better.. u really changed that place around

Looks like they did some remodeling to the place.. The rooms are much nicer than I remembered... & the prices are reasonable.

Never stay there you have no privacy anyone can ask whose car this is and the people behind the glass will tell them what room you are in.

This was an emergency situation I had to find something quick and cheap the man that was a check in was very nice of I ever need something like this again I will be there! Just want crazy about that part of town other than that no complaints
