Quality food, and service. Awesome selection of dry and wet seasoning for wings. Complimentary celery and carrots. My favorite is Thai Curry, potatoes wedges, beer batter onion rings, chicken quesadillas. And these are consistently good.

Ordered off there menu 2- 10 boneless wings for 9.99 each lunch with fries, and when we got the check they charged us 11.49 each for 2 when they advertised 9.99 10 boneless wings. We asked to speak to there manger and he would not honor it and had a really nasty attitude. On there menu even on there site online it stated 9.99 for 10 boneless wings plus fries lunch time. And we ordered this before and they honored it at the Hoover location. So what’s the difference where you go to. Obviously this guy is over charging people and will not be back at this location. Are waitress saw it on the menu and she played possum acting like she did not no that we was looking at the lunch special.

Came here on Mother's Day 2023 while a child was spending the weekend in Grandview Medical Center. It was peaceful and the servers were over the top attentive and kind. Really appreciated the excellent preparation of the sampler tray and the drinks were top-notch. It was just what we needed after a grueling weekend.

Came here tonight with my son and his friends. Was seated quickly despite there being a a large crowd. Food at Buffalo wild wings is always good especially enjoy Thursday nights buy one get one free on boneless wings. What really maked this trip worthwhile was the excellent service that we received from our waitress. She not only took care of our every need being a large group she handled all the orders and all requests. I truly believe that this is a representation of management making it obvious that this location runs very efficiently. I would highly recommend anyone when they’re in the area to stop at this location.

My husband and I eat lunch here when I have to be at Grandview. I give Yancey, our waiter from today, a thumbs up for service and speed! He does a good job. Great food here.

Stopped in after a day at the movies, the service was good and the football on TV was a plus, but the food was really good, I had the brisket hamburger with double patty. You need to try this one it is very good, 2 beef patties with all the trimmings plus a serving of brisket on top a with onion rings on the side.

Standard fare as far as BWW is concerned. Good appetizers and food. Our server was amazing and one girl, Tiffany, was busting it getting food to tables. She did a great job. They were pretty much the only two folks working. Lots of standing around by the rest of the staff.

Updated review!!! We finally talked to Chris B the manager, and were invited back... this time it was AMAZING!! Nay is nice caring and loves what she does... she gave us 5 star service!! We did not have to ask for anything, she was on top of our refills and Jonesy came and gave us top notch service from the manager. I truly appreciate you all!!!!

My primary reason for leaving this review was to compliment the service we received from our server, Yancy!!! We live an hour away but currently make weekly trips for medical appointments at a nearby hospital. We always plan to eat lunch at BWW. The food is great- but the service is EXCELLENT- which seems so rare these days. We always request his section and he never disappoints!!! 10 Stars for our server! (sadly- the only pic is my leftovers… the rest is gone. so good).

Foos was great, burger was done right, and the wings were very good. Our waitress Kimm K was really good. She never let my glass go empty and was very quick to make sure we had everything we needed. She actually likes her job, and it made out experience that much better.

Sport's bar level noise, but the food and service were on point! They quickly were able to set up a few minutes ahead of time for our party of 14. I've ordered through Doordash a few times and it really doesn't transport well, but the dine in food is normally great.

Was in there last night spent 46 dollars for what the worst wings dinner ever had at wild wings the wings were so dry you could chock horse. The pickles were good but never again unless I can go to Chandler AZ. We were so tired moved all day and just wanted a quick meal but boy came home eat chips and sala. Please look at reviews before u go eat there.

We have been coming to the Buffalo Wild Wings on Hwy 280 after becoming fed up with the Hoover 150 location. The food has been better, our orders have been correct, the staff has been great, and everything was good until Friday June 9th. While sitting in the bar area we noticed a minimum of 5 customers at the bar vaping. They were not being discreet about it and blowing the smoke up towards the ceiling. All you needed was to throw down some peanut shells, dim the lights, add a band, and you would have yourself a dive bar! When we asked the manager about it, he said there was nothing he could do, and they were regulars. What kind of answer is this? It is already bad enough I can’t sit outside on the patio because of the cigarette smoke. Now I have to deal with vaping inside the restaurant too! On Tuesday June 27th we decided to try it one more time. Again, there were people at the bar vaping, but this time I could smell it. I have nothing against people who smoke or vape, but I do want to enjoy my meal without having to smell either one. I shouldn’t have to get my food to go just to avoid the inconsiderate people who are vaping inside the restaurant. For those who have respiratory issues you need to be aware of this and take the necessary precautions to protect your health since Buffalo Wild Wings Management will not!

Went here for lunch a few days ago, and I was able to go in and sit. Whoever the cook was that day was having an awesome day because the wings were IMMACULATE! (I may be dramatic by just a little bit, but they were really good!) I got the Asian Zing flavor, which was described as sweet and spicy...My friend had a side of mac and cheese with ber order and she said it was really good.

Big fan of BWW, and while this is the closest to us, it is also a fantastic establishment. Friendly service, and management has even walked me through particularly tricky app orders over the phone. If ordering ahead, your meal will usually take 30-45 minutes to be ready for pickup.

My youngest daughter works here n I normally ask 4 her section cause she is good at her job she won't even serve ur food if it ain't looking rt!!!

Food was okay.. the service was horrible. I get that they were short staffed.. but we couldn't even get the basics... silverware, drinks, food was not even warm when it came to the table. The lettuce in salad was old

Manager kicked out our friend who has dietary restrictions who couldn’t eat here with a group of 8 paying customers brought her own food. Really unfortunate. Won’t be back.

Great open atmosphere, plenty of space to accommodate large parties, and plenty of tvs playing whatever sports games are going on at that time. Did I mention the food and service are wonderful! You can't go wrong with wings- Asian Zing and Caribbean Jerk are our favorites, the dry rubs are amazing too! The kiddos like honey bbq which is a mild sauce. The Asain Zing cauliflower appetizers is spicy and oh so good! I could eat it alone for an entrée. The sampler appetizer is great too.

Dan. Is very yucky.. no good customer service or understanding when I mentioned I paid for a drink I never received. And poor Emily she had no idea of what's going on. As a regular here there's definitely room for improvement and you can start with Dan. Not a nice white guy!! Very dismissive. 0 stars.

I like Bdubs! The beer is always cold and no matter where you’re at they usually have regional favorite beers l get stuck on the same dish sometimes but have heard the burgers and wraps are good. Personally I like traditional wings, extra crispy, extra wet mango habanero with fries, extra celery and extra ranch. The only suggestion would be to not let the celery sit in water too long. I’ve been to multiple locations and it never fails that some of the celery is mushy on the ends. I’ll definitely be going back!! UrbanCowgill March 2022

This place never has any servers. I just counted 26 open tables but we were told a 30 minute wait. Meanwhile. You can see the manager and other servers just hanging out in the hallway looking at their phones.

Truthfully hadn't been here in a few years. Glad we stopped back by! The sandwich was absolutely delicious. The wings were a little fatty but overall good. Their sauces taste very good and it seems like they've updated the formulas since we had last been here. Their fries were definitely better tasting than I remember! The staff all followed covid procedure and kept respectful distance while serving us. Quick service and hot good food, can't ask more from a chain! I was also impressed by the generous serving of ranch. I do love me some ranch.

Sat at bar. Server was great, very attentive. Food was good! Next time I will drink water instead of unsweetened tea, $3 for tea! Overall great time!
