Hello Culver's So I just left your Hoover ,AL location and I must say it has been the worst experience ever. The police was call on me as I am 35 weeks pregnant sitting in my car asking for fresh food. 4 managers in the building 2 prepared the food and still gave me hard black shrimp twice. First they tell me the grease is fresh then proceeded to tell me that the shrimp is frozen so of course it has to cook longer in order for inside to be fully cooked ( did I mention I'm pregnant so this has to be prepared correctly on top of being in the Hospital last night ) ans if the grease was fresh it wouldn't be black/burnt and hard.I am so disgusted that your company had the nerve to call the police on a food order and also Hoover police officer Wiggins said that they do this all the time. Friends and family on all social platforms will know about this . I need someone to call me asap . Because you Care nothing for your customers at all. Also called your GM Matt Cutcliffe and he hung up in my face twice.

Everything was absolutely amazing! I had a Butter Burger, and it was delicious. I also had a concrete mixer, also amazing. It also had friendly staff and short wait times. It's a very top tier fast food restaurant and I highly recommend if your in the area.

I really enjoyed my meal at Culver's. This was my first time visiting this restaurant so I didn't really know what to expect. I had the double deluxe burger with a side of onion rings. Both were very delicious and served to my table very quickly. I will certainly go back. Highly recommended. 4/3/22 Still a great place. 6/7/22 great place for frozen custard.

First tried Culver’s in Wisconsin & was so glad when it was brought to Hoover. I’ve tried Culver’s in three different states & it never disappoints. The burgers & cheese curds are so good & the strawberry milkshake is amazing

Everything here was so delicious and this was my first time trying Culver’s. I already want to go back. The woman who took our order and recommended the strawberry & watermelon smoothie was incredibly helpful. 10/10 I wish I could rate it more stars. 💫

Hands down the best Culver’s location in the country! I’ve been to multiple locations across different states and this has to be the best location. The staff is incredibly friendly and the burgers are to die for (The Culver’s Bacon Deluxe)! In-N-Out could never!!!

My second time coming here being disappointed, I love Culver’s but this one reminds me of McDonald’s. Cold fries and burger, apparently its hard to make a milkshake that taste like milk (they tried….twice). The BEST part..employee attitude, nothing like a employee staring at you with menace. They goof around too much, pay attention to your job and please…try smiling. The Culver’s in Kennesaw would never portray “hood-like” behavior. Remember, your employees can ruin the value of your restaurant.

After my wife tried this restaurant in Wisconsin we decided to try it here in Hoover. Once in November which was to go and again in January where we decided to dine in. It was definitely better dining in rather than taking it home and our order came out quickly. The burgers are good and check your receipt as each time what we asked for was not on our burgers. The onion rings are very good and so are the cheese curds. Definitely want to try one of their shakes in the future. I can see why the drive through has been wrapped around the building on occasion. A great family place.

Everything was AMAZING.... The customer service was great, from the front counter all the way back to the kitchen. I love the shrimp basket

This was my first visit. The customer service is wonderful. I looked online before I went to see what they had. I decided on a burger and I used the picture as a guide. I ordered the single Butterburger with cheese. The patty was so thin I laughed when I saw it. It was also cold which made it hard around the edges. It did taste ok with all the condiments. If you're going to eat here ALWAYS get a double burger, it will equal a regular patty size.

Way overpriced for the food you get. McDonald's would've been a tastier choice. The mushroom swiss burger was pretty disgusting with its crumbling gray patty. I did not partake in the dairy products, but maybe those are what makes this place a big deal? All the staff that my group of 4 interacted with were rude. The place is clean, at least.

If you love fresh cod loins, you will LOVE Culver's! They have the best cod fish I've had anywhere in Central Alabama, and their prices are really reasonable! Their cole slaw is creamy and fresh, their cheese curds are yummy, actually all their sides are great! Then there's dessert...oh my, you have to try their frozen custard! There's a different flavor featured each day, and they are divine! ❤️

I visit Culver’s in Hoover at least once a month when I’m in the area and always have excellent food and service. I tried the pub burger this visit and had the brownie overload flavored ice cream for dessert. Both the meal and dessert were very tasty and the service is always excellent at this location. I definitely recommend trying them out of you haven’t already. 👍🏼

This was only the 2nd time of dining at Culver's and I thought I'd give them another try, but it will probably be the last time I visit. My burger was actually cold and the fries were barely warm... The counter person was very pleasant though.

No flavor. I ordered the fish sandwich value basket. The ketchup and the cheese curds have it the flavor needed to digest this food. I was so disappointed. I was with my family and they chose other options: the double cheese burger, shrimp, veggie burger, and grilled chicken sandwich. Every said their food was "ok" with the exception of the shrimp. The person that ordered the shrimp said it was "good." Glad we get to say we went and I'm relieved to say no one wants to return.

Almost every Culver's you visit has the same atmosphere and service: great people, great feel. The hamburgers we got were a little below par compared to what we normally get at a Culver's. They were a little dry and overcooked. I know that smash burger type burgers are supposed to have a great crust on it, and these did. However, they were dried out a little bit.

The staff was super friendly and courteous. The Culver’s sauce was delicious. Fries were PERFECT. Burger was a little dry in my opinion, but was tasty. My husband loved it. We were passing through on a road trip and heard about how good Culver’s was, went 10 mins out of the way and would absolutely do it again. 😊

Very busy place. The girl at the counter really wasn't very helpful. Had to go back up to get my order done right. Lots of flashy with a mediocre work force. We probably won't go back.

Culver's is a spot that reminds me a lot of Steak n Shake. Slim patty'd burgers, milkshakes and ice cream... simple, made to order meals in a chain restaurant format. My recent visit here with my family was okay. The food was decent tasting fuel during a long day away from home, so we're thankful for that. However the rest of the experience wasn't great. There was PLENTY staff on hand (midday Saturday) however there didn't seem to be anybody helping with cleaning. The dining room has a square shape to it with some seating in the middle of the square. It was fairly packed, only a 2 or 3 open tables at the time we ate here but all 3 of them were dirty. The table we chose wasn't 'that' dirty so we just used some napkins and sanitizer to kind of clean it ourselves before sitting down. Not only were tables unclean, there was a spill of some kind of liquid (soda/water etc) on the floor that had a wet floor sign but clearly nothing had been mopped. It was a puddle, not a light layer of drying mop water. Also, we needed some plastic ware, none of which was at the drink/napkin station, we had to ask at the front registers. Not a big deal, but also not as convenient and customer-centered as it could be. I mean, it is what it is... it was a fine experience, but not my favorite place.

Great food! Awesome staff! However, the Hoover Alabama location charged me .40 cents to NOT put tomato on my burger! Didn't even have to touch the tomato because I said no tomato on my bacon deluxe.

Good, consistent burgers. It reminds me of what Steak and Shake used to be like before they started cutting corners on quality. The staff is friend ND efficient. I rarely get the ice cream, but it's always delicious. I recommend some kind of a malt. Unfortunately, like every other restaurant, their prices have risen 25-30% over the past couple of years. It's still worth it though, because almost all their competitors have raised prices and lowered their quality.

Always a step above the rest. Never disappointed in service or food. Sometimes costing less than major fast food chains. Far superior quality in all food items.

We used Curbside. It was ready when it said it would be. The attendendant didn't verify I was the person on the order, but did thank us and told us to have a great day. I really enjoyed the hamburger. My wife wasn't a fan of the grilled chicken salad. I've heard so many great things from Culver's up north. Guess we just didn't order the right things. Might try it again, but Super Chix right beside it is more appealing to me.

This is my first time trying Culver’s and I accidentally ordered my pick up order for the 280 store but I was at the Hoover store. When an employee by the name of Matt went over and beyond to assist me with transferring my order to his store all while having to close due an incident beyond his control. Wonderful customer service!!!

The customer service was better than other fast food style restaurants; they bring your food to your table. I ordered the chicken fingers and fries combo which was alright, the chicken wasn’t very crispy. My family says the burgers were great and the custard was also amazing!

Arrived to pick up my food to find it had been thrown out because I didn't arrive within their unspecified time limit, waited for half my break to get the new order, sit down at work to eat only to find out the order is completely wrong and they had TWO chances to make it even. No grilled onions, no mushrooms which cost me extra. Also when I initially asked the front counter guy for my pick up, the dude looked me dead in the eyes, said nothing and then turned away and asked another customer what they needed help with. First time here and probably will not ever be back.

Loved it to be fast food it was great fast service. Food was good had roast beef sandwich it was delicious had a bite of my dogs hamburger it was good.Great price as well.We be going again. Highly recommend.

Employee whistled to me like a dog to move down to a register with a half full cup of water on the counter melting in front of me. I had to repeat my order of 1 burger, 1 onion rings and 1 drink 3 times before he got it right. He just walked off and didn’t even ask my son what he wanted. Finally got our order in and when it came the mushroom Swiss burger had a tiny circle of cheese in the middle and 7 tiny mushroom slices that did t even cover half of the burger. The rest of the burger was bone dry. I didn’t get any onion rings but fries instead. After she went back to get the onion rings I realized my “bacon” burger didn’t have any bacon. Plenty of employees just standing around chatting and socializing. Extremely disappointing experience especially since just 2 burgers, 2 sides and 2 drinks was over 26.00!! Definitely not worth the drive or the money!! Bb
