This was an extreme disaster! My daughter and I could have lost our lives trying to rent a U-Haul vehicle. The store manager here, "Ryan" has a bad attitude and is totally disrespectful. He called the police to the premises simply over a coffee cup incident that occured amongst my relative, outside the store. Yes, a disposable coffee cup. Thank GOD for video recording and for my strength to stand my ground after I was provoked and told to leave the store. Reverse psychology is real! I could detail much more but I'm not going to go in full force details. Four Jefferson County Sheriffs arrived on the scene over nothing. After given thorough details, they departed and honestly agreed with me. They knew the manager was acting out. He has anger issues. As bad as I want to write a book detailing key factors, I followed protocol to have an attorney intervene. Please don't waste your time going to this location!!!! I'm so grateful we are alive. Bad experience!!! ;('s

The general manager here is rude!!!! On top of that she pretty much blurted out the customer that was in front on me information out. Who knows if that customer felt embarrassed about what was mentioned. Absolutely no customer service skills here. I ended up not renting just because how rude she was.

Awful experience. Had a dolly reserved and showed up to no dolly. They Said it was still on rent so now I am 3 hours away from home with 2 vehicles and myself and no dolly. The worker was helping the best he could but manager wouldn’t answer his phone. Finally after waiting for 4 hours the dolly was returned and I was on my way. Filed a complaint and expected a refund and manager has yet to call me.

I have to compliment Vivian@ the Centerpoint location and her staff on a Job well done! My daughter moved to Texas and this store rolled out the red carpet to ensure her trip was safe. They changed the tire grips (new) and did a safety check to make sure her car was properly connected to the uHaul. Praise God for safe travels and thanks Vivian!

I'm being generous with 3 stars. The staff was nice enough but had no clue what they were doing with propane tanks. Only 2 employees ever. They either don't have propane or don't have someone qualified to fill my tanks. They literally suggested I go the Gardendale store which is always reliable. That's the only reason I gave a 3rd star.

Everytime I come to the Centerpoint location no one is at the register. I have to wait 30 mins before being serviced when Im the second person in line. Two people are working. One is cleaning the trucks and one is putting on a hitch. There is 4 people in the store. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've been here since 8:00 am. It is now 8:40 am. I get the van and its dirty. But you want to charge an environmental fee for what?

This is the worst uhaul ever if your late they will call you n threaten to cal the police on you n i didnt even have the truck but 12 hours or so n cuss you out n hang up on you do not come here they need to be shut down

Tre did a fantastic job with helping me when I came. Very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Anything that I needed or inquired about, he was able to aide with. Excellent customer service!

I received excellent customer service. The truck I used is a newer model and operated excellently.

Worst experience ever.rented a truck for a week. Truck smelled so bad of cigarettes that after two days of using it my asthma and bronchitis where so bad that i had to stay on a nebulizer for two days and was unable to use truck anymore. The truck was returned 2 days early with 3/4 of a tank of gas in which i was told i would be reimbursed for but was not.this also caused me to lose 3 day of work

I will 100% recommend this location everyone works there is polite and nice all the equipment was clean this store is very clean and organized as well has everything that you need to get at the last minute.

I came in on Sunday after traveling from Moody to secure a rental with the center point location and there was only ONE person maintaining the entire store. It was unacceptable. The poor young man was running around securing equipment, attaching trailers, talking to customers on the phone, checking out reserved equipment and checking in returned equipment. He did a great job but management should be ashamed for only having one person on the desk during weekend peak hours. The overall customer service was great. The management and scheduling issues should be addressed.

Everytime my husband and I need help the workers are always so sweet and professional.

Nothing needs to change customer service was Simply Amazing I will make sure to always use this location and I’m telling my family and friends as well
